My 81-year-old mother and I recently booked a 4-day cruise from Aswan to Luxor. We opted for the "Deluxe" upgrade (an additional $200+ per person), and while there were highlights, there were significant issues with transparency. THE CONS: Bait and Switch: After being told via text we would be on the newer Semiramis III, we were boarded onto the Seti Alessandra. The boat felt worn and outdated, looking nothing like the listing photos. When I questioned this, the agency gave a vague explanation regarding "Luxury" categories that weren't even available at the time of booking. Hidden Costs: Despite the Hot Air Balloon ride being listed in the title and marked as "Admission Included" in the itinerary, we were told it would cost extra. THE PROS: Excellent Staff: The onboard team was professional and the room, though dated, was clean and comfortable. Outstanding Guide: The true highlight was our private guide, Ahmed Awad. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate my mother’s limited mobility. He tailored our tours perfectly and introduced us to fantastic local restaurants. SUMMARY: Proceed with caution and double-check every "inclusion" in writing. We greatly enjoyed having a private guide but found the condition of our “deluxe” room to be more on par with other cruises that list for $600-750 per person.

About the tours guide she said he very good with my mum help her very knowledgeable About the car it’s very clean new one very good driver She payed 1314 US$. Total for both its mean 652.per person , you get as you payed, viator get commission from both of us, nothing free. you know that then ask for more than you payed!!! You mentioned that we ask for Abu Simble and hot air balloon ride it’s not including and we explain that I would like to make copy past from the itinerary that says not including but not except to add It’s my evidenced.
