Our guide, Mahmoud Habibi, did an amazing job throughout the journey. He was always organized, patient, and happy to answer our questions. More than simply showing us the temples and historical sites, he helped us understand the stories behind them and gave us a much deeper appreciation of Egypt’s history and culture. The ship was very comfortable, and everyone on board made us feel welcome. Since my partner and I are vegetarians, we really appreciated how the chef and restaurant team prepared meals that suited us without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. A special thank you to Mr. Gadoo, who took care of us in the restaurant every day. He was always friendly, attentive, and made every meal enjoyable. The only difficult part of the cruise was waking up very early on some days—sometimes as early as 4:00 a.m. for the excursions. But honestly, once we arrived at places like Abu Simbel or the temples before the crowds, we understood exactly why it was worth it. One moment we will never forget was my partner’s birthday. Somehow the staff found out, and they surprised us with a cake, decorated our table, and celebrated with music and singing after dinner. It was completely unexpected and became one of our favorite memories from the entire trip. We also met wonderful people from different countries during the cruise. Sharing meals, conversations, and excursions with them made the experience even more enjoyable. When we left the ship, we realized we were taking home much more than photos. We left with new friendships, a much better understanding of Egypt, and memories that we will keep for a very long time. Thank you to everyone at Mody Tour for making this such a memorable experience. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt.

Mahmoud is the best guide. Only speaks English, but he has a lot of knowledge and is always friendly and, above all, RELIABLE; that is worth its weight in gold in Egypt.

Overall amazing tour, well organized by Mahmoud. The tours was packed with every highlight sights. The only letdown was we didnt get to do the balloon.

Mahmoud was an incredible guide, we really enjoyed our time in Egypt. The tour it’s very convenient, you don’t need to take care of anything as they do all the work for you.

The guide Mahmoud was really the nicest! We had a great 3 days tour around the river Nile with him, totally recommended, very good explanations and always at our disposal for everything we needed, even after the cruise was finished.

Overall most of the people on this cruise were nice but the ship was very outdated and and the rooms weren't the greatest. The food was mediocre. We did enjoy our tour guide Amr, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip more enjoyable.

The experience overall was very good. The people are all very friendly and courteous. Amr our tour guide was straightforward from the beginning about the costs of everything for the trip and the options we have. He treated us very well on the tour and was an excellent storyteller when he explained the temples. The kids all enjoyed his explanations and still remember it. He was very accommodating to everyone in the group young and old and went above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. He even got us sugar cane juice. The negative part was the boat itself which was old and not clean. We did not like the rooms or the bathrooms. The towels seemed dirty all the time. Also the food was mediocre. The other thing we didn’t like was the lack of information after booking. There was no information about what boat we will be on and what our accommodations will be like. Also the daily schedule of activities was explained to us day by day. We would have felt more comfortable knowing the schedule and preparing for it especially with the group of kids we had. Overall we all had a great time and felt safe the whole time. The transportation was air conditioned and comfortable. And Amr the tour guide was the highlight of the trip.
