Mahmoud was an excellent guide, he is very kind, helpful and interesting. We learned a lot about the Ancient Times and loved to discover Egypt from Assouan to Louxor with him. I highly recommend this cruise with Mahmoud, I am sure you will love this.
We had a wonderful Nile cruise and an unforgettable experience! Everything was well organized, and the places we visited were absolutely amazing. Uncle Mahmoud was very friendly and very explaining. Beep said he was Korean and he was a more friendly guide.
Dissatisfied with the tour operator Mody Egypt Tours, the balloon activity did not take place, we made a request for a partial refund of €85 in compensation for 4 people and it was denied, even though the cruise description included Abu Simbel and a hot air balloon. Some temple visits were somewhat short. The cruise was the best part.
The cruise is good, the food and the service are incredible, what I would like to recommend is the maintenance of the rooms, air conditioners and perhaps some activities to do for children, teenagers and even adults, during the times spent on the ship. The guide is good, ask for him, his name is Mohamed Gobran
My guide was Mahmoud habibi The food on board was pretty good! The guide was super enthusiastic and gave detailed, engaging explanations. The itinerary was a lot of fun!

It's a beautiful cruise ship, with very comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a very helpful crew. The tours to each site and temple were fantastic, very dynamic, and led by highly professional, native guides who provided excellent explanations, Mahmoud it was very kind and profesional all the time!! I need to back the next year!!
