Sunrise is the best travel agency in Egypt! I book the cruise from Aswan to luxor, he gave me very reasonable price and helped arrange every detail of the tour: kom ombo temple and edfu temple. What’s more, he also helped me found a nice guide and car for two days trip in luxor. Always reply in time and friendly! Trust me, choice sunrise!

Since I barely understand English, I thought it would be difficult to join a locally organized tour. I was glad that the Japanese operator was able to consult with me in Japanese from the trip planning stage onwards. I was also able to enjoy the Upper Egypt tour from Abu Simbel to Luxor with peace of mind, with a Japanese guide. The cruise ship was also very comfortable. As retired people with a limited budget, they were able to create a plan that would allow us to enjoy the most within our budget. The local staff only spoke English, but they understood our wishes and were very kind. The car was also very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. We had a good chat online. The manager of the travel agency was very responsible and prepared a surprise for me. He upgraded the cruise suite for me. The tour guide was one-on-one. I had a good time in Egypt

i booked a cruise with dahabya for 4 nights from Luxor to Aswan through Viator. I got a confirmation and everything was good to go. the following day I got contacted by Sunrise Tours that the booking system had not been updated and that that cruise was sold out. I had booked rather late and it was high season so I was not to upset. The sunrise representative suggested a 3 night cruise from Aswan to Luxor instead with one night at the hotel where i would get a partial refund. I accepted and the trip would start the following day with transport by car to the cruiseship in Aswan. The driver picked me up as agreed but right when we were to enter Aswan he asked me where he was supposed to drop me off... He didnot know which stressed me out a bit. He called in and finally got the information he needed and we got there in the end. The cruise ship was nice and i was happy with that but the trips to the temples i was not happy with. The first one in Aswan the guide was late which led to us beeing short on time and running through the temple instead of enjoying. The second trip in Kom Ombo the guide got us in and basically left us there on our own and told us to go back to the cruiseship when we were done... not ok .. the following day we were supposed to go with a chariot and visit a temple after breakfast which was from 6 to 8. I got a phonecall at 5 in the morning that the guide was waiting for me.... I got ready and went down but they had gone without me...Again not ok... We went on two trips after we got to Luxor and those i was happy with mostly thanks to our guide Muhammed who was great. In regards to the person at Sunrise that i was in contact with he spoke and wrote good english and was quick to reply the only thing that irritated me was at the end when i was to get back the partial refund that we agreed he shorted me by 75 Egyptian pounds which is like 3$ . That annoyed me immensely, not the money but the principle... its 3fricking $... why would you be so petty and annoy your customer for that... to sum up Am i glad that i got to go on a cruise on the Nile and would i recommend that? Yes!! Would I book through Sunrise again? Honestly no...

We booked 4 days on the Tulip boat and the organization with Sunset Tours was great- they stayed in contact to assure our arrival, were extremely flexible about payment, answered emails almost immediately, and were just all round pleasant to deal with. Would absolutely recommend. The boat was clearly recently renovated, everything looked new. food was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We were however disappointed by the boat’s very late departure from Aswan as it was dark for most of our sail and we missed out on seeing the scenery, arriving at Koh Ombo in the dark. We also were not thrilled by our guide Mohammad who didn’t seem to have much knowledge of the sites, it was all very general info. And when we visited Valley of the kings, we told him that our 6 year old had been very sick the night before so we wanted to do a quick visit but he insisted on giving a speech about mummification for 20 minutes in the sun (even more irritating because we had received the same speech the day before while on the boat). When I told him that we really needed to get out of the heat he got angry and shouted at us. It really ruined our last day.

i have booked a Nile cruise for 4 nights from Luxor to Aswan with sunrise tour Luxor . t had a great service from the company and bleu shadow cruise . the arrangement of the whole tour was excellent . thanks Mr. Baha the manager of sunrise tour for every thing .

I did a 3nights trip from aswan to luxur with sunrise tours. Actually im writing this review as a thank you note for mr bahaa who took care of us all along and the best way possible! He really went beyond and gave us the fanciest experience by providing dedicated tour guides and Limosines.

I wanted to do everything, which included visiting both the East and West Bank temples, the cruise, hot air ballon, felucca rides and Abu Simbel. All activities were well planned and organised. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All my needs where catered for especially as a female solo traveller. Bahab would call me each morning and evening to check on me to make sure I was happy. I also had well spoken English female guides in Luxor which was really appreciated. I truly had a wonderful experience. It was an unforgettable trip. I would highly recommend using Sunrise if you are considering coming to Egypt. First class service! Camille Paulsen from London
