Egypt is always an outstanding experience. Nice tours orchestrates all the guides, drivers, flights and accomodations for you, which is very helpful. Communication is all by whatsapp. They will keep you constantly updated about upcoming activities, but don't expect them to answer within the hour at all times. Even though they might even respond during night times. We had a very difficult start with the company, because nicetours wouldn't explain very much about proceedings. They asked very late for our passports (6 days upfront, even though we booked many weeks in advance), and since we were reluctant to give them copies without any explanations what they needed them for, we ran into trouble: our whole trip was cancelled two days prior to the start of the tour. They couldn't get tickets fornthe flights from cairo to luxor. We were packing for the flight to egypt at that time and were afraid that our whole trip was jeopardized. We argued with them for about 2 days (while flying to egypt and visiting the pyramids and the GEM), then finally everything was settled and the problem was gone. We got the flight we booked. After that they were very keen on delivering as promised what turned out to be a marvellous trip. Not everything went as planned, but that wasn't nicetours fault. The balloon flight was cancelled because of weather conditions, but that was out of their responsibility and the offered a refund. Their guides to the sites were all very nice and reliable and help you to get along. You can trust them without hesitation. The choice of sights is the must-sees in egypt of course. Luxor in one day is tough, but our guide got us through valley of the kings in the most efficient way there probably is without cutting on the experience. Thanks again Marwa, you have been truly incredible! The ship was marvellous. We were a little concerned before the trip because the offer was so good, but the 'Ciela' and her crew were fantastic. Nice Tours even got us upgrades to suites on the uppermost deck. Food was great and the kids loved beeing on the sundeck. When we visited Kom Ombo, we had to cross 7 other ships to get to land (which is customary on the nile), and reviewing the other ships we found ours to be the most beautiful. We can fully recommend this tour. The mixture of sightseeing and relaxing on the ship is approved for decades, and it just feels like the nile and the sites are just made for experiencing them like that. Nice Tours can be a little hard to deal with in the beginning, but we found that they are very reliable and provide a very solid organization. I had my doubts at first, but i'd go with them again.
