- Se non ci sono miglioramenti, agiremo in base alla protezione dalle intemperie selezionata dal cliente al momento del pagamento.
- La persona che ha presentato il documento di identità alla prenotazione deve necessariamente partecipare alla gita; se non si presenta, la gita non avrà luogo.
- Orario di inizio del servizio: La durata del servizio viene conteggiata a partire dalla fascia oraria prenotata, non dall'orario di arrivo del cliente.
- Politica dei ritardi: Il capitano della barca valuterà se l'attesa è fattibile senza interrompere le operazioni. La decisione è a discrezione del capitano.
- Conseguenza della mancata presentazione: Ritardi significativi possono essere considerati come una "mancata presentazione", con conseguente cancellazione del viaggio senza rimborso, soprattutto se il ritardo influisce sulla durata, sulla sicurezza o sulla logistica.
- Raccomandazione chiave: Arrivare 15 minuti prima dell'orario di partenza prenotato per evitare problemi.
- La procedura di selezione del capitano, la firma del contratto e il Boating Safety ID (se richiesto) devono essere completati online prima del viaggio.
