Vessel condition and cabin experience Oriental Sails is designed in a classic wooden style rather than as a modern luxury vessel. While age itself should not impact comfort, your comments regarding bathroom cleanliness and the cabin location near the kitchen are taken very seriously. These points have been shared with our operations team for immediate review and improvement. Payment method and additional charges Due to operational conditions on the bay, onboard payments are currently handled mainly in cash. VAT and service charges are applied in accordance with local regulations. That said, we acknowledge that this information should be communicated more clearly before the cruise to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstanding. Food and beverages Our onboard dining focuses on simple, well-balanced meals designed to suit a wide range of international guests.
