Crew was great!! We had a blast!! Good music we danced and had a front row seat for the fireworks. We were right underneath them. Even got to see a few dolphins. Sunset was amazing. Will def book again when back in the area!!
Reality of ""details"" on Costa Smeralda cruise ship... A cruise that disappoints, poor gastronomic offer, and poor Customer Service in Problem Solving.
I had a great time. The captain and the first mate was extremely engaging. It was so sweet of the captain to allow the children to drive the boat. It was a joy to watch. Thought we didn't get to see the fireworks due to weather concerns, i will definitely book another excursion with this company.
No Flexibility at All… Family got stuck in an accident 5 minutes away… no refund or any other options to help us … Got a call that the boat was leaving at 630 instead of 7pm when we made reservations for. Family was confused until boat POC realized it was a 7pm reservation for fireworks night.
Great folks... great time!!! Fun music and a little bit of line dancing makes for a wonderful evening. Also, made some new friends along the way!
Sean and Miya were fantastic with all the passengers of every age. My teenage boys even had a blast lol. Would highly recommend this company and friendly group of folks. Smoothies were outstanding as well
We had a lovely Fireworks Cruise with Sean and Mia. Would definitely recommend . Sean was very good with the kids on board and Mia paid attention to every detail
Despite the rain we had an incredible time! The crew made sure they made our experience an incredible one! The dolphins swam along our boat! We had a blast! It was beautiful!
Crazy ship, very beautiful and well-kept interior furnishings. Exterior equipped. Small pools but we were not interested given the day trips. Good cleanliness, great food with a huge choice every day. The only note I leave, air conditioning too high in the common areas. Sweatshirt. For the rest experience to repeat.
This was our first time to try this company and we loved it!! We will definitely be back! Very captian and the skipper were very nice and willing to help in any way.
