Food and show very bad. Expensive 1,5 hour! Don’t go!……………………………….. ………………………………………………………………………………..
They couldn’t find our booking. The lady organising the transfers to the ship was extremely rude. Once they finally confirmed the booking we arrived 20 minutes late to the boat meaning most of the food had gone as it was a “free for all”. The show was very average.

⭐️ 1 Star – Worst trip I’ve ever experienced This was hands down the worst trip I have ever been on, and to make matters worse, there was absolutely no support from Viator when things went wrong. Firstly, it was never made clear that you have to take a separate, very cramped transfer boat just to reach the main boat. This was uncomfortable and poorly organised from the start. The trip itself was clearly not catered toward English-speaking guests at all, which should have been stated in advance. Communication was extremely limited, and we felt completely out of place the entire time. When it came to food, the experience was chaotic and honestly shocking. Large numbers of passengers rushed the food area, and by the time we were allowed up, there was nothing left. No organisation, no fairness, and no effort made to ensure all guests were served. The “entertainment” advertised as lasting an hour and a half was completely misleading. In reality, there were only about 10 minutes of actual singing and dancing. The rest of the time was spent with the entertainment team taking photos with guests and collecting money on stage, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, the whole experience was disorganised, misleading, and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this trip to anyone. When I raised a complaint and requested a refund, it was denied, and there was no meaningful support from Viator at all.
