Don't let the text used in the announcement or the description of the dinner cruise throw you off your feet. Those 7 stars represent the stars in the sky I think, because 7 stars is definitely not worth it. We did this "cruise" and it really disappointed us quite a bit. The ship is a luxurious canal boat, very busy, with an upper deck that is brought down to pass under the bridges. This event brings quite a lot of chaos. The staff consists predominantly of Indians, the food is moderate in quality, and due to the large capacity on the boat, up to 300 men, the mass grazing, the amount of food is only just sufficient and if you are late the choice is very limited. The entertainment during the “cruise” is of dubious level and the cruise itself is not much. It's a lap around the outer edge of the Dubai Marina. It's a nice thing to have done, but once and for all. We think it is too touristy and really thought out to make money in a dubious way.
Dear Sir/Madam we are really sorry for inconvenience and we are suing catering 7 star hotels for our Cruise and also when you visited that day was fully booked but we are Providing all services as well we mentioned we have only 1 Cruise in 7 star in Dubai Marina but again we are really sorry for the inconvenience Thanks
