Really enjoyable. Would have preferred some commentary as passing landmarks
Very good service. Food was good and there was a lot! The singer was very good. We loved seeing the sites. The ship was roomie so we didn’t feel crowded. I would recommend it.
No clear signs to find boat. We don’t trust your service for future tours. We will not recommend your services to any of our friends.
I am very annoyed we ordered wine valued at £34 a bottle ,when the bill arrived they wanted to charge us £44 I pointed out the price difference they said they ran out of the £34 one but would only charge us for it when I checked my bank statement £44 was debited ,also no choice of food chicken like it or not
The actual cruise was good. Getting onto the boat was a nightmare. Our ticket showed the correct date but the QR code for a previous cruise which had been cancelled. We were therefore told we might not be allowed to embark. We had to argue with an employee in front of all the other guests who were embarking at the time. It was most unpleasant and it meant that this event for which we had paid hundreds of pounds got off to a very bad start.
It was really enjoyable, the food and the entertainment.
There wasn't any variety in the food! Most of the starters had either shell fish or pork on it, which we don't eat & the main meal is set for you so no option to choose there either. If you don't eat chicken/ meat, make sure you inform them of this beforehand otherwise you'll be stuck. The man who was boarding us was rude & unhelpful but other staff members were nice. The entertainment was ok (1 guy singing) & the boat was nice. We sat near the front, which had great views. I'd recommend paying a little extra for these seats. Overall, I'd say this tour is worth experiencing.
Yes, the music gets a bit loud after the main course of the meal abd andthe volume should be lower ti allow for conversation. But other than that, my nephew, BFF and I were all very pleased with the night. Views of the city at night from the tables and the deck above are great and the food was quite good for a group event. And you get 3 hours of unrushed dining with great views. If you want something other than the regular meal, one has to let them know IN ADVANCE but that wasn't an issue for us. And, for reference, we were two 60+ women and a 23 year old gentleman.
Beautiful evening on the river. Food was excellent! Service was great. Staff was excellent. Overall great experience!
Is was really a pleasant experience. The staff were really nice , no concerns with the menu totally appreciate for the event, it not pretentious by any means.. I’d recommend without hesitation.
