Most dinner cruises are really sightseeing cruises with a meal included. Luxury White is no exception—and that's perfectly fine once you know what you're booking. We booked this at the last minute as most other cruises were sold out. The price felt a little steep for what was offered, even with unlimited beer and wine. Boarding was well organized despite the crowds, and the cruise departed on time. The boat was clean and modern, while the open upper deck delivered spectacular views of the Grand Palace, illuminated bridges, and Bangkok's glittering skyline. The live band kept the atmosphere lively. Service remained friendly, efficient, and impressively well managed. The buffet offered plenty of variety, complemented by unlimited beer and wine. The food was decent rather than memorable, with a few dishes that could have been served hotter. This isn't Bangkok's best dinner, but it may well be one of its best evenings. You're paying for the river, the skyline, the atmosphere, and the experience. The food simply comes along for the ride. Recommended for anyone wanting to experience Bangkok from its most beautiful angle after sunset.
We took the Last cruise time @8:15 pm . The experience and views at night were worth the trip. We all had a great time good entertainment. The food was just Ok we expected better quality. Would have rated 5 if food was better.

An absolutely flawless experience from start to finish! We booked the Luxury White Cruise through IAsia Thailand and were blown away by the organization. The boat was stunning, the atmosphere was elegant, and the views of the Bangkok skyline were breathtaking. Food was on all 3 levels and the free unlimited beer helped us save more money. If you want a stress-free, high-end night out, IAsia is the way to go. Highly recommended!"

Heed the advice of the other reviewers. This is the worst way to spend your time in Bangkok. Choose a much smaller boat. The evening lights are pretty but not on this boat. The people at check in are very rude and don’t tell you when and wear to line up. Complete chaos. You are pushed through like cattle-shoulder to shoulder shuffling your feet. There’s an incredibly bright screen at the bow that blocks any good view of the night lights. The food is disgusting with no flavor, dry, and cold. The prawns were good but weren’t unlimited. Each person got 3. We got food poisoning for 2 days. The beer wasn’t unlimited. They give you tiny juice cups to use and only allow one fill up per person. The station is downstairs so you miss what lights you can kind of see for a tiny cup. I tried to bring my 22oz water bottle to save 5 trips and was yelled at not to do. There wasn’t a thai dance as advertised and the singing was worse than karaoke.

Our staff is also trained to provide table service for top-ups to ensure no guest misses the views. In terms of the entertainment, we would like to clarify that a Thai dance is not part of our advertised program for this specific cruise; our focus is on live vocal performances and the riverside atmosphere. Finally, regarding your health, we maintain rigorous food safety protocols. As food poisoning can have an incubation period of up to 48 hours, it is difficult to attribute this to a single meal without medical verification. Without an on-site report or medical documentation, any link to the cruise remains speculative. We encourage all guests to speak with our floor managers during the event so we can provide immediate solutions and ensure a 5-star experience. if you did just that I am sure we would have solved your problems on the spot Best regards, Paul
We deliberately did not choose the cheapest tour and therefore booked a table on “The Luxury White” on the upper deck, which paid off. Without much expectation, we were actually positively surprised. Everything was well organized, the quality of the buffet the music, the show and the Bangkok skyline at night were a treat.

At avoid at all cost for New Year Eve. Worst music ever. Never see such a bad DJ in my life. The worst part a lot of people complained but it did not care. Go celebrate elsewhere.

terrible food not worth the money said it was luxury really not comfortable seating dark cant see what you're eating, not much seafood and it ran out early not easy to carry food/drink back and forth up and down decks not much entertainment. dont waste your money

The White Cruise is clearly positioned as a luxury-style river cruise experience, with set seating, curated menus, and a relaxed evening atmosphere rather than a loud entertainment-focused party cruise. The seating layout and lighting are intentionally designed to create an ambient dining experience, and this is shown clearly in photos and descriptions prior to booking. Regarding the food, the menu is prepared in limited quantities to ensure quality and freshness. If any items were running low or if you were dissatisfied with the selection, we are unsure why this was not raised with the onboard staff or management at the time, who are always available to assist. Without feedback on the night, it becomes extremely difficult to address or resolve concerns after the event. Entertainment on this cruise is intentionally understated and elegant, rather than high-energy shows, which again is outlined in the product description. This experience may simply not align with your personal preferences, which is of course understandable, but does not necessarily reflect the overall quality or intent of the cruise. I guess if you're staying in Bangkok for a short break then a cruise along the river becomes obligatory! Or so we thought! This trip with Luxury White was awful! The hot buffet was cold (not one of the buffet tureen's burners was on), the beer was ok, but the wine was pretty tasteless. The boat didn't go as far as Wat Arun, presumably because the water was too high so the nearby bridge was too low for the behemoth boat to pass under. Why we couldn't have been told this at the start? Probably because they know that the turnout would have been lower! The boat itself can cater for 700 people. There was less than a third of that number onboard (and on a Friday night), which speaks volumes. The floor show consisted of two Thai ladies singing to pre-recorded songs. Badly and out of tune! This tour is most definitely not recommended!
