Unforgettable day, Olive, wine test. We enjoyed delicious local food in a charming village. Antonis was knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who visiting Crete.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your wonderful review. We are honored that you chose Cretan Vioma and delighted that your experience exceeded your expectations. We look forward to welcoming you back to Crete for many more unforgettable moments.
This is a MUST do in Crete. The guide was a local and the team picked us up right by our hotel. The hospitality at each stop was unmatched. The fee was honestly modest for the experience was so worth it! The day was long but it went by so fast. The van was air conditioned and we had food and drinks at every stop. If it wasn’t for this tour, I would honestly reccomend to skip Heraklion and just do chania. But this tour is worth the stop. Highly recommend! One of our favorite tours of our entire Greek honeymoon.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We are delighted that you enjoyed the experience and that we could make your visit to Crete even more special. Thank you once again, and we hope to see you again in the near future.
One day and five amazing experiences! We ate like there was no tomorrow, sampled delicious beverages, and even tried pottery. Everywhere we went, people were warm and friendly. George is a number one guide! We learned so many interesting stories, had laughs and just pleasant conversations. Highly recommend!

This excursion is highly recommended if you want to discover the genuine side of Crete. Among other things, we visited an olive oil factory and a high-quality vineyard. Our guide George was the perfect guide and told us lots about Crete and the places we visited during the day.

The tour has offered a new experience of the life and traditions in Crete. I've met authentic people who run their family bussiness in truly beautiful places. The guide was friendly and gave spot on information about the suroundings and about Crete. I highly recommend this tour!

Antonis was an amazing guide, he explained everything as if it was his vineyard and olive trees plantations! Also we had an AMAZING lunch from local tavern that was absolutely delicious, fresh and like home taste. Also Mr Giannis from the winery was super lovely and he did his best to explain his generational work to harvest the grapes and make the wine.
Thank you for your trust and your wonderful feedback. Knowing that you had such a positive experience is incredibly rewarding for our entire team. We hope your next visit to Crete will include another adventure with us.
Simply put - one of, if not the, best day trips I've ever done on a holiday! Our guide and driver, George, was absolutely fantastic - very funny, interesting and an excellent driver with lots of info and facts about the places we stopped. He really looked after us! The olive oil grove and refinery was brilliant and very interesting, with excellent products, friendly staff and a beautiful breakfast where we got to taste a range of breads, cheeses, fruit and meat with olive oil, honey and grape syrup. We bought oil and grape syrup to take home with us as their prices were excellent and we felt like we really wanted to support their work. The vineyard visit was beautiful, in a stunning location with delicious wines described really well by the staff. The visit to the wine cellar was cool and a welcome break from the heat. The whole setup felt incredibly high-key and professional and the landscape around the vineyard is breathtaking. Our stop in the Raki distillery was a testament to the joy and passion a life lived doing what you love can bring - the owners were absolutely lovely, so passionate about what they do, and the Raki, particularly the lemon Raki, was delicious. The snacks they gave us whilst we drank were equally delicious! Our lunch stop in a small taverna was excellent - the taverna brings out to you what they prepared that day, with no menus, just a range of delicious, incredibly well-prepared Greek/Cretan dishes. The beef with orzo we had was particularly melt-in-the-mouth gorgeous - i would absolutely eat here again! Our final stop at a pottery studio was incredibly fun and interesting - we got to try the potters wheel, and were taken through the studio's process for making traditional Greek pottery of all shapes and sizes that is exported all over the world. The studio's shop was excellent with incredibly reasonable prices - we had to pick up a couple of pieces to take home! All in all just a fantastic day. Professionally led, very interesting, seeing some beautiful landscapes and being fed and watered with beautiful local food and drink throughout. The other couple in our group, (meaning there were 4 of us, plus George,) were also incredibly lovely and fun which, along with George's friendly and fun approach helped create a warm, easy-going and enjoyable atmosphere all day. I'd recommend this trip to anyone visiting Crete, especially if you're looking to explore fantastic quality local produce in beautiful locations and meeting lovely local people.

We just returned from enjoying several counties. When we stopped in Crete. our family of 6, a few teens included , had the priviledge of Adonis taking us personally on this tour. We had the most amazing day and enjoyed the local Olive Oil farm and more. An off the beaten tracks stop that made the day especially hearwarming as we learned about the locals of the villiage. The most gracious people and they offered personal touches with genuine warmth. Highly recommend this tour company.

George was an amazing guide! Couldn’t have asked for more. 100% worth it!
