Itinerario

I chose this shorter trip so we'd also have time to explore other parts of the city. We were on a cruise and had limited time. It was just my son and I and he was very hesitant to get in the water. The crew did their best to encourage him. He still had a good time on the boat and I enjoyed snorkeling.
Good snorkeling excursion even for those without prior experience. All needed equipment furnished and explained how to use. Attendants were very concerned about the safety of all participants. Getting to the meeting place required a taxi ride from our RC ship.
We really enjoyed our time on those tour! The max people allowed is 30, but we only had 15, and the majority was my family. We really enjoyed having a small group. The guides were very knowledgeable and great swimmers! We missed in the email to arrive 30 minutes early due to the amount of prep, and getting there early really does help out. It was a great time though !!
The tour company is organized, professional and the guides made us all feel safe and taken care of. We saw a LOT of fish and other sea creatures and it was so relaxing to be in the water. Highly recommend!!
The snorkeling experience was amazing. The staff was well informed and friendly. Kids had a lot of fun!
Miguel was the best tour guide! They took us to 3 different spots where we saw sea turtles, sting rays, baracudas, and so many more fish! They even lent me their deep diving fins so I can touch the ground 45 meters down. Best excursion by far
Amazing experience, they were very helpful, equipment was provided. It was so fun, enough time to see things. I saw so many fishes, reefs., three stops to snorkeling, the guys spotted so many fishes, huge crabs, they would tell us as we’re snorkeling. Worth the tour. We would definitely do again.
This was a disappointing experience. I tried texting the tour operator directly on the day of the tour. But the the platform wouldn’t let me so we followed the instructions about getting to the meeting place. Despite being 40 minutes early at the meeting spot, they did not call out our names and almost left without us. Bizarre. The boat driver, Miguel, is clearly motivated by tips. They also spend far too much time trying to upsell you on underwater pictures. They were relentless. It made it really difficult to focus on the fish and snorkeling. Then at the end of the tour, Miguel bullied everyone to tip him, emphasizing that coins were not acceptable (as they would not fit in his coin bottle). Overall, I would not recommend this operation. Ultimately , you get what you pay for. Pay a little more and avoid being disappointed.
Hi Darrell_B, Thank you for sharing your experience. I apologize for the jokes on board. I've taken the tour more times than I can count, and I know Miguel's speech by heart, so I understand how it might've felt pushy; some jokes don’t translate well. I want to mention that if you knew you were in the right spot and could see our booth, you could have approached America and let her know… we’re so used to asking people if they're with us and being disrespectfully ignored, only to have them later let us know they are our guests. Best wishes, Bee Díaz
Very disappointed! This is NOT a glass bottom boat! There’s a small glass window behind a few central seats that you have to be right beside to see down through the window and you can’t see much.
Hello KarenB, Thank you for sharing your thoughts, but I fear I must clarify that Glass Bottom Boats and Clear boats are two completely different things. In the past, I have redacted responses touching up on some of the differences, as well as written a whole article on our website because I understand that this isn't common knowledge for those that don't live in coastal zones. Glass Bottom boats have a glass window in the middle, ours being the largest on the island. Clear boats are completely transparent boats, and most of the time is spent on board, with only 15 minutes of snorkeling. Hopefully, this clears it up! If you wanted to snorkel, you made the best choice. If you only wanted to cruise around and enjoy the views from onboard, I'd highly suggest checking the pictures before booking to make sure you are selecting the activity you want! Best wishes, Bee Díaz
Overall amazing experience. The reefs were great, especially the second one where there was a really good mix of fish. We saw a really big baracuda, puffer fish, amd sting ray. The water was clear, and tons of reef life. The guides were also excellent. And i mean excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. My 11 year old was scared and didn't want to go. She sat out the first stop. They were so kind and told her that she should go on the next one, talked up all the fish and said the guide in the water would have her on the life preserver and pull her around so she didn't have to worry about swimming. She didnt feel pressured or judged and went on the last 2 reefs. They also offer photos, which we got. Something happened with my email address and the photographer drove down the road to find us as we made our way home. So thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend!
Hi Alisa_S, Thank you so much for your 5-star review! These are the kind of stories we love to read. It's fantastic that your little girl decided to jump in for the last two reefs despite being initially scared, and I'm sure the crew was super proud of her! Thank you for trusting us, and thank you for putting a smile on my face!:) Best wishes, Bee Díaz
