We were traveling on a cruise that stopped in Ensenada and since we had been there many times, we weren't interested in a tour, so we decided to book an hour-long couple's massage instead. We found this spa online and booked it directly on the website with the owner, Jesse. The price was half what it would have been on the cruise ship! Based on the reviews, we felt very comfortable using Ensenada Massage & Excursions and we weren't wrong. One of the pluses for this spa is that they pick you up from the cruise ship dock, so we didn't need to get a taxi to take us there. Jesse did a great job of communicating the meeting location and kept contact until the day of our arrival which we appreciated. Our driver, Cynthia, picked us up in a very nice comfortable van, right on time. She was extremely friendly and informative and spoke great English! When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff and our room was ready. The spa is very nice, clean and relaxing. Our masseuses were Ephriam and Roxanne. Ephriam spoke English and asked us what type of massage we wanted. They both did a great job and my husband and I enjoyed our massages very much. Afterwards, we asked Cynthia to drop us off in the main shopping area of town so we could do some shopping. It was an easy walk from there back to the ship. We're very happy that we chose this spa and we highly recommend Ensenada Massage & Excursions if you are ever in Ensenada.

The massage was a great time very relaxing and we feel great afterwards. I initially had lower back problems but during the session my masseuse massaged out some upper back issues! 10/10!!

Went with family and had a great experience, some of us have had a massage while it was the first time for others. Staff were super friendly and helpful in providing a smooth and satisfying experience. The room had a relaxing atmosphere allowing us to settle in and feel super comfy.

This was a wonderful experience. My hubby wanted a deep tissue massage and appreciated the work put into removing his knots. I wanted a more relaxing massage and was on cloud 9 for hours! All the people we came in contact with from the driver to the receptionist and therapists were friendly and made us feel welcome and safe!
