Great team well organised and my 11 year old son was given tips on fishing during the whole trip and caught several fish 😁🐟 Would highly recommend this trip for youngsters starting out on fishing 🎣

Participated in the Beginner Angler’s Course. My instructor for the day, Franky, was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! Patsy from customer service was very helpful and answered all my queries promptly.

Instructor was very kind and was patient in teaching people how to use the rod to fish. Was also good in explaining what people had to do and answered questions very well and clearly.

The instructor was friendly, helpful and informative. The session taught us a lot, and we learnt a lot.

The instructors are very patient while explaining the theory of fishing and helping us when we are doing fishing hands on. The place is also very nice and overall great experience

This course is ideal for someone who has never fish before and wants to learn things right from the start, in a systematic way. Raymond and Francis are great instructors. Patient to explain the complicated knots and provide guidance. It was also a very memorable experience to get out of the mainland and breathe in some fresh air on an offshore island. Best part is you are able to use your sg rediscover voucher for this fabulous experience. Highly recommended for family, friends and couples! Oh did I forget to mention, I caught a puffer fish! Was a total surprise to wrap up this fantastic experience in this way.

Fishing seems daunting at first but the instructor Aloysius made everything simple for everyone and easy to understand and I was able to catch around 20 fishes even though I knew absolutely nothing at the start. He didn't just taught us how to fish, he helped us understand fishing at a deeper level as well.

The entire experience there was absolutely thrilling and kept me at the edge of my seat the entire time! The instructions were crystal clear and i thoroughly enjoyed the entire course from start to finish! I recommend anyone who has even the slightest interest to attempt fishing to try this fabulous course out!

It was an extremely informative course despite having some experience previously fishing. I had a lot of fun and learnt about all the various knots for fishing. Aloysius was my instructor and he was very helpful throughout. There is only 1 toilet on the island which is a problem that cant be helped unfortunately. Please do bring more plastic bags for your trash and other items. If you catch a fish that you'd like to keep or cook, your instructor will be able to pack it for you which was a really pleasant surprise. I assumed it was all catch and release.

It was an amazing day out at lazarus island to do fishing. For future guests, remember to bring adequate food and water as there is no food stalls on ths island. You should also bring extra plastic bags for trash as you need to bring back your trash to ths mainland for disposal. I had aloysius as my instructor and he was wonderful. He helped everybody with their knots and was very knowledgeable; identifying fishes without even referring to anything. He was very friendly and approachable which made the course that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended to go for this course and learn about fishing from the academy.
