Marvellous cooking experience (we do classes in every place we visit and this was the top of all) - please don’t eat anything prior like no pastries, no fruit- no breakfast. Out chef - Alon was a delight and so funny even with our 10 yo. 5 hours flew by in a second and we made so much food that we shared with table next to us- they were there for shorter class/ pizza I think. We made: carbonara, lasagna, ravioli, two different sauces, pesto, gnocchi and cannoli. All really hands on. We did enjoy the wine pairing (included) and it was also well chosen. We definitely will be back! Thank you- Alon and the team!

What an amazing experience! My husband and I absolutely loved this class! We made lasagna, carbonara, pesto with gnocchi and cannoli! The food was so amazing and beyond what we imagined🤩 Chef Leonardo was so friendly and professional, and his instructions were very easy to understand and follow! We loved every bit of this Masterclass! Definitely a must do when I’m Florence!!!
Absolutely incredible experience!! I’m not a good cook and Leonardo had me feeling like chef Emeril out here. Learned how to make 5 different dishes from scratch in a fun and intimate environment. Must do when you’re in Florence!!
Giulia was amazing. She did the class in Spanish for my mom and she answered all our questions while making our experience enjoyable. The experience was private for my mom and my sisters. We were a group of 6 and from the very beginning Giulia greeted us with kindness and respect. We went to the market for a couple ingredients that we were missing and even got to explore ourselves. We were provided sample of cheeses and meats and unlimited wine. Our experience was hands on and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Giulia made our experience very personalized and it is an experience that we will never forget. We cooked three pastas and even got to make the filling for the cannoli. The lasagna was amazing. I can’t wait to try these recipes at home.
Our pasta masterclass was fantastic — we made lasagne, gnocchi, ravioli, fettuccine carbonara, cannoli, and loved every minute of it. Alain was an incredible head chef, entertainer and host. He made the whole experience fun, relaxed and engaging, while giving us the confidence to realise that “it’s only pasta” — and that with the right guidance, everything can turn out wonderfully. Highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting to learn authentic pasta-making in a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Leonardo was fantastic and did a great job teaching us!! This was my wife and I last night in Florence and it couldn’t have been a better way to end the trip! Would absolutely recommend taking this class!

Wow, Phenomenal! 🤩 Where to even start, Our Amazing Chief Gui, was SO incredibly Knowledgeable. The Market experience was SO Empressive! To really get an insight as to the community, culture and foods was extraordinary. Not only did Gui teach us about the food and cooking, but his wealth of knowledge, on the city, the history, the origins, and then the Cooking Class 😍 just wow! whether you have no experience or as us already with some, the tips, the tricks, the techniques! We were having an absolute ball of a time! So many laughs, so much fun! Honestly the highlight of our trip to Italy so far 😍 Could not recommend more 👏
