Tour mattutino: 8:30 – 13:00/Tour pomeridiano: 14:30 – 19:00 con un piccolo gruppo per 1 lezione. Andare a sperimentare un colorato mercato locale come trattare con i venditori locali e conoscere tutti gli ingredienti per i pasti. Fai una gita in pedalò in un'esclusiva barca a cesto di bambù vietnamita lungo i corsi d'acqua di un paradiso di palme da cocco. Goditi un'esperienza pratica della tradizionale pesca con la rete e dei "granchi viola" nel canale. Drink di benvenuto e partecipazione al corso di cucina. Il nostro chef ti insegnerà i metodi tradizionali per cucinare 4 piatti di cibi vietnamiti. Dopo la lezione, ti godi ciò che hai cucinato e 4 contorni preparati. Alla fine del tour, la guida ti riaccompagnerà in hotel. 4 contorni preparati come: gloria mattutina, zuppa, riso al vapore e dessert Nota: possiamo soddisfare esigenze vegetariane e dietetiche

Booked the Hoi A Tropical cooking tour two days prior to the actual class. The experience was seamless from start to end. Our driver picked us up in the morning, communication was clear. We began at the market which was super fun and informative, we then continued our journey on to the coconut boats which was a super fun experience where we got to see the river and boats up close. Hai Hai was our tour guide and he was high energy, lovely and was super helpful all day. We were taken back to the restaurant to begin the cooking class where we made a few traditional Vietnamese dishes. Hai Hai’ energy was super upbeat it made us all super enthusiastic about the dishes. We all were all involved in the class, it was hands on while we were being educated on these dishes. Aircon and drinks were available to us as it was quite hot during this time. Overall this activity was so much fun, I would recommend to anyone that visits Hoi An to choose this cooking class.
Great experience with chef... Amazing experience
Full half day adventure for a cooking class. First to the market to purchase ingredients, then coconut boat tour, finally cooking class. This is a true class where you chop and cook everything. Everything was so tasty and so much food! Hi HI was an amazing chef (instructor). I highly recommend, well worth the low price.
