Corso di cucina greca ad Atene con cena sul tetto con vista sull'Acropoli

Il nostro corso di cucina preparerà l'autentico piatto greco Moussaka e la torta Spanakopita aprendo la tua pasta fillo (torta di spinaci). Faremo due torte classiche della tradizione: Torta di Spinaci e Torta di Latte. Oltre a fare le torte fatte in casa, prepareremo un'insalata ispirata all'isola greca con pomodorini aromatizzati con aceto locale invecchiato e salsa tzatziki allo yogurt greco. La nostra cucina è a pochi passi da piazza Monastiraki nel quartiere funky di Psirri. Ti aspetto lì, sulla terrazza panoramica con vista sull'Acropoli. Inizieremo i preparativi e parleremo per rompere il ghiaccio e parlare di cucina greca e mediterranea; poi, ti mostrerò gli ingredienti di cui avremo bisogno. Poi può iniziare il corso di cucina! Quando avremo finito, cucineremo, mangeremo e assaggeremo il nostro cibo insieme a viste meravigliose sui monumenti dell'Acropoli e sul tempio del Partenone illuminato di notte e sul vivace centro di Atene che domina la cupola della chiesa di Aghios Dimitrios. Non abbiamo un'opzione senza glutine. I vegetariani sono i benvenuti!

Wonderful experience! Everyone in our entire group had a really great time. The food was delicious! The chef was charismatic, and energetic. Would definitely book again.
This cooking class was amazing. Our chef, Stamatis, was funny, entertaining and very knowledgeable. There were 8 on the tour which took place in the cellar of the Artist hotel. The cellar had a cozy feel to it. We each were given jobs to do on every recipe. Some were cooking/stirring, some chopping, some grating, etc. Jobs rotate so you have a different responsibility on each recipe. We made a full dinner from salad to dessert and had the option of adding a wine pairing to our package, which we did. The time flew while prepping the meal. The evening was pleasant on the rooftop where we all sat together and shared the "fruits of our labor". I would do this again in a heartbeat.
Great fun. Spyros was really really great with lots of energy. Good was very nice.

Amazing evening with Chef Spiros. The prep area was beautiful in its own right and the guidance by Chef was terrific. The four course meal was awesome and way we each prepared our individual items was perfect. I would highly recommend this activity regardless of cooking skill level. Enjoy!!!!
Stamatis Was a wonderful chef and teacher! We loved the food and had a great time cooking and learning more about Greece :) it was really rewarding eating our food at the end with a nice view.
Castro was the chef that taught us, and was phenomenal! Was great to have the experience of eating what we made, on the rooftop! Hotel itself where the restaurant was located was very difficult to find, backstreet of Athens that was a little sketchy.
Lots of fun participating with others in the class cooking traditional Greek food. Rooftop dining was pleasant. Good activity to do in Arhens.
This experience exceeded my expectations! Exceptionally well organized cooking lesson for 12, very nice and comfortable setting. Lesson was lead by Stam (Stamatis) who kept us all (different age groups) engaged, learning and participating during the 4 hours. First we cooked individual servings of a 4 course traditional Greek menu, then we all sat down to have dinner in the adjacent rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of the Acrópolis/Parthenon as a grand finale. It is obvious Stam loves what he does and all along he exudes enthusiasm for cooking, teaching, telling about sourcing the ingredients and stories of Greek history. It was a very lovely evening.
This is a fantastic class. Spyros was fantastic. An excellent chef that made our cooking taste great and very entertaining! It was also great getting to eat dinner on the roof top - although the view is the acropolis was not great.
