Great food, warm atmosphere, really knowledgeable teacher. I would highly recommend this to anyone with an interedt in regional cuisine.

What a lovely experience! Instantly was greeted with a smile and warmth. We entered into our cooking session on a very upscale and clean kitchen/apartment. Our instructor offered us delious wine and refreshing water. She even made us her childhood eggplant (her grandmother's recipe). We made 2 types of pasta, fish, and dessert. It was such a pleasant experience and I am so glad to enjoy this evening with my husband. Not only was the food top notch, but so is our instructor! Thank you again!

The host's home is not only beautiful, but clean and welcoming. She was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Do not miss the opportunity to spend an evening learning how to make pasta, sauces, and dessert!

We had a wonderful time at our cooking class. Our hostess was very warm, inviting, and patient with our teenage grandkids. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We had a large group attend and we throughly enjoyed this cooking class!! The studio was air conditioned, very clean, and we had everything we needed. She walked us through each step of making our recipes and allowed us time to create our own noodles and gnocchi. The tiramisu was delicious! Thank you, again! ❤️❤️

We did a number of excellent tours and experiences in Italy, but this cooking class was an absolute highlight. Rossana was a patient and warm teacher who made the whole process enjoyable and educational. Even my partner who doesn't really cook loved the experience and became more confident through the class. We were also lucky enough to have the class to ourselves on that particular day, so it was a relaxed, enjoyable evening. Rossana also gave us suggestions on foods and restaurants to eat at in Mestre/Venice during our stay and was altogether wonderful company. Thanks again Rossana!

We had such an incredible time at this cooking class! From start to finish, it was the perfect mix of fun, learning, and delicious food. The setting was warm and welcoming, and everything was organized beautifully — from the fresh local ingredients to the flow of each recipe. Her cooking class space is absolutely spectacular, and she went above and beyond with personalized appetizers and menu options. It is a private cooking class with a charismatic and joyous cooking teacher who makes the class feel like a hangout with a friend. I 100% reccommend it.

We had a great evening making pasta and tiramisu with Rossana! It was so much delicious food and a great way to wrap up a 3 week vacation when we were tired of eating out and craving a great home cooked meal. She went above and beyond to be a great host in her beautiful apartment— we absolutely would love to take a class with her again on our next visit!
