Because Ike’s this tour based on the great reviews however a little disappointed. First stop was a waste of time, nothing really to see and lots of garbage, even a stockpile of rubbish. Second stop was ok, however last 2 were well worth the visit.
Good Morning These are my thoughts, I will never use trip advisor ever again. I will remove all of its contents from my phone. After searching on line for Island hopping tours I decided to proceed with trip advisor as I used them in the past and felt comfortable with them. I booked two tickets for Tour A thinking that the cost for both tickets would be $50 Canadian currency. Saying that, Prices don’t show the currency for their product until after the order is confirmed. At this point I received notification of the transaction on my Visa for a charge of 67.99. I called in less than five minutes after I booked it to cancel it because now I was paying 30% more than what my hotel was offering it for which was 1000 pesos for each ticket. The agent that I spoke to over the phone told me that I was not able to cancel it because it was less than 24 hours prior than departure. I had no choice to take the tour, the whole day I couldn’t stop thinking about the bad experience I just went through and why the agent wouldn’t let me cancel it due to the extraordinary circumstances of the currency not being displayed properly. I called in twice after the trip to ask to be refunded the difference in cost which is 17.99 Canadian, the supervisor I ended up speaking would not allow it which I was very surprised she didn’t. I called in a second time to try again and, during the conversation I realized I just connected with the agent I spoke to the day before when I tried to cancel it and asked her why didn’t let me cancel it the day before and received a response with a smirky tone that just left a horrible feeling of discontent. Trip Advisor can keep my 17.99. I promise you that I will never use your website again.
We recommend this tour. It was wonderful. Jay our guide was very friendly. Good experience
The pick up was on time and good but we had a 45 min window for pickup. Once we were picked up we waited with about 60 people in a shaded area for over an hour in 33 degree heat with very few seats. It was a bit disorganized. Once on the boat, the staff was excellent as was the lunch. The boat was very cramped with 18 people and it was hard to move around. The bathroom on the boat was terrible. The sights and attractions were beautiful and the views gorgeous and the water crystal clear. Great snorkeling.
Beautiful picturesque sights to be seen and many stops along the way! The crew onboard were great at engaging with the group and making it fun between
Lycka of Corazon Travel and Tours was awesome. She helped us every step of the way from before flying to our destinations, and during the trip. She answered our questions timely. Will definitely book with them thru Ms Lycka again. I recommend them. Sylvie
Thanks for an amazing one day trip, Coron Island Hopping Tour A with Kayangan Lake. The crew was so helpful and always full of joy. Our private guide; Manuel was the best telling about the places and he was doing all the best to give us the best day of our holiday-life. The lunch on the beach was also great. A tip; Book the tour as few people as possible because then you will experience the nature on first hand. THANKS to Manuel and your amazing team. You are the best.
Rando was an excellent tour guide. Tour A was our choice. It was a whole day out kayaking, swimming, snorkeling. Lunch was tasty and there was plenty to go around. 10/10 for the cucumber salad.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that Rando was able to make your Tour A experience memorable. It sounds like you had an amazing day kayaking, swimming, and snorkeling! We're also glad you enjoyed the lunch, especially the cucumber salad—your 10/10 rating means a lot! We'll be sure to pass your compliments along to Rando and the team. We look forward to hosting you again for another unforgettable adventure!
Tour guide was top, the places visited also beautiful. Coron seems less touristy and therefore less affected than El Nido!
