Awesome experience! Our guide Kevin was excellent, very safe and smooth driving. Very good English and eyes of an eagle to spot wildlife. We were very lucky, we spotted the entire big five in one day. Thanks for once-in-a-lifetime experience!

I had an excellent experience with Countryside Tours. Communication wirh the manager was smooth and professional from start to finish, and the driver Kevin was incredibly kind and attentive. Everything was well organized, and I felt taken care of throughout the trip. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the safari even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I did a day trip and it was superb. Jean Paul made sure I saw everything I wanted to see and also close up. It was all well organised from pick up/drop off to lunch. Booking the tour was easy and quick - you can pay by card online. It is a long day so bear that in mind.

Everything about this safari was great. Before the safari even began, Olivier was very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly. The morning of the safari, our guide Jean-Paul, arrived right on time and was very kind. Amazing service throughout. We always had plenty of cold water to drink. He answered any questions we had and he pointed out animals we would have never seen on our own. He made sure we were safe the entire time. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

The Vehicle was great, driver was over and above fantastic. The drive was superb and got to see Hippos, Crocs, Zebra, Giraffes, Rhino, lots of birds and more.... Missed the elephants, lions, I guess they were a bit busy that day :)

We had a great experience with Jean Paul. He did all he could to accomodate our wishes and didn't give up from loocking for our favourite animals until he found it.

I had a lovely time with Bosco and learnt a lot from him! He was so good and so quick at spotting the animals, and tries his best to locate your favourite/most anticipated wildlife. The Akagera national park focuses on conservation of wildlife and sustainability with the communities living around it. I highly recommend visiting with Countryside tours.

Our group of 23 individuals participated in the 1-day Boat Ride and Game Drive at Akagera National Park. Olivier Kanyabikali at Countryside Tours made this trip such a wonderful experience in every way. His communication was top notch. He and his team picked up our large group from our hotel. Each tour driver was very accommodating, welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and professional. We had the time of our lives! The Safari exceeded my expectations in every way. Akagera is beautiful! We saw hippos, white and black rhinos, giraffes, zebras, elephants, baboons, buffalos, Nile crocodiles, warthogs, impalas and many other antelopes. We also saw many different bird species including giant kingfishers, grey crowned cranes, African fish eagles, spoonbills and many other rare birds. They worked together as a team to ensure we saw as many animals as possible. I would 100% recommend Countryside Tours for this tour.
