We joined this tour as a group of friends and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The market tour felt authentic and engaging, and the private cooking class in a Sicilian home made the whole experience even more special. A special thank you goes to Sacha, who was truly the highlight of the day: knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. He made us feel like welcomed guests throughout the entire experience and turned the day into an unforgettable memory.

The gastronomic experience in Sicily opens your heart and soul. What you taste here is unique. Learning to cook the cornerstones of this wonderful island's cuisine with Sacha gives us hope we'll be able to repeat it at home. Otherwise... we'll return to Sicily! We had such a nice time with Sacha going around the market and buying all the fresh ingredients we used afterward, especially at the fish shop.I like aperitivos so I really loved the crostini with avocado cream and salmon. The pasta-making was very happy and relaxing. The location is outstanding, you can see the whole city from the top in the comfortable terrace. I would suggest this experience if you like good food in good company.

Charming place, fantastic hospitality, and top-notch professionalism!!! I participated in a cooking class with three other friends, and we had a great time; we learned cooking techniques and spent an unforgettable afternoon/evening!
