Portiamo nel vostro alloggio/casa vacanze una delle più importanti tradizioni culinarie della cucina pugliese: LA PASTA ARTIGIANALE. Questa esperienza non solo vi permetterà di portare nel vostro bagaglio a casa la soddisfazione di aver preso parte alla preparazione di 3 tipi di pasta con le vostre mani, ma anche di aver appreso tecniche e trucchi che potrete mettere in pratica per deliziare i vostri famiglia e amici mentre tornano a casa. L'esperienza prevede la preparazione di 3 tipi di pasta fresca: Orecchiette, Tagliatelle e una pasta all'uovo ripiena, ma l'esperienza non finisce qui, per ogni tipo di pasta prepareremo un sugo/condimento per un'esplosione di gusto. Al termine, tutti seduti, ad assaggiare i piatti preparati, accompagnati da un antipasto che il nostro chef locale ci proporrà.

Wonderful cooking class, it was great to learn how to make three different pastas in our holiday accommodation. Pastas were cooked for us, along with appetisers and gelato to finish, which was all very yummy, albeit three pasta dishes were a lot to eat. Would recommend.
The cooking class we did was a wonderful experience, maybe the best during our trip! The approach was really personal, & very professional at the same time. Everybody had a lovely time while making delicious pasta. Francesca made the pasta afterwards with a lot of love in our kitchen! We weren't allowed in the kitchen, since she insisted on us having a wonderful time at the table all together and we definitely did!
We were pleasantly surprised by the cooking workshop! While on holiday with friends, we booked this experience for someone’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect morning activity. We enjoyed preparing a delicious lunch and still had plenty of time to relax by the pool afterward. The two chefs were incredibly friendly and provided excellent explanations throughout the session. Their attention to detail was impressive, from setting the table beautifully to leaving the kitchen spotless. We highly recommend this experience 100%!
We were a family of 7, grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. Angela and Mariana made learning how to make 3 types of pasta enjoyable for all. The service was outstanding, friendly (like family) and understanding (we were not good pasta makers). The dishes served were delicious. Grazie mille.
Francesca is competent, humorous, patient. She efficiently taught us how to make four different types of pasta and then prepared and served a beautiful and very tasty dinner.
Don’t know which was more fun- creating the pasta or eating it! Our family of 7 loved the cooking lesson with Francesca & Marianna. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
Francesca, Marianna and Valeria were enthusiastic and patient with our large group including adults and 8 children ranging from 3-16 years old. We had a fantastic time making orecchiette, tagliatelle, and ravioli and eating them with 3 delicious sauces. One of the highlights of our time in Puglia.
A wonderful cooking class experience. Our teachers were two amazing puglian women that taught us how to make 3 different types of pasta. This a great activity for all ages and their English is very good.

My family and I reserved a pasta making class for 4 adults at our holiday home in Puglia. The experience was truly memorable, and Angela and Francesca were nothing short of amazing! From the time Francesca and Angela arrived, until the moment they left, my family was pampered with amazing food. From appetizer to desert, everything was a perfect complement to the delicious pasta we made. The pasta lesson was top notch. Francesca and Angela tailored their instruction to each of our skill levels, and the techniques we learned were simple and easy to follow...we will use them for many years to come. A truly memorable experience that we will never forget!
