Cooking class di Tagliatelle e Tiramisù ad Altamura

The experience has been wonderful. Sandra is very kind and a great teacher; we loved learning how to make our own ravioli and eating them on her beautiful terrace. Thank you for the experience and the tips about the Altamura area.

My Husband and I had a fantastic time with Sandra, learning these cooking skills in her lovely home. She made us so welcome. She was so easy to understand and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to make these dishes at home.

If you are in Milan, you must take a cooking class with Sandra! From the moment you walk in, Sandra welcomes you into her home with warmth and generosity. She is a skillful chef who offers tips and words of encouragement throughout the class. My partner and I made three types of pasta (tagliatelle, cavatelli, and ravioli). Sandra had some additional things prepared to accompany the dishes like her homemade tomato sauce and filing for the ravioli. We really did not want to say goodbye. It was the highlight of our visit to Milan!

We had a wonderful experience with Sandra - such a gracious hostess! The ingredients were all top notch. We were amazed how easy it seemed under her patient supervision. I brought my two 15 year old daughters as a last minute experience. We were all so happy we did it! We made the pasta and tiramisu and had appetizers while she cooked it up quickly. We ate it with some delicious bread with wine from her region. We got to try her own lemoncello with the tiramisu. I had told her that the girls like lemonade so she made them some - such a wonderful touch. She gave us a surprise to take away and all the recipes. Do it - you will not be disappointed!!

My friend and I attended Zia Sandra’s cooking class together. She was so warm and welcoming, we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The experience was beautiful and became a highlight of our trip. If you are in Italy I highly recommend attending the cooking class. I will remember this experience forever!

We chose the cooking class with Aunt Sandra as a birthday present for a friend of ours... and it was a wonderful experience! Aunt Sandra welcomed us with sympathy and taught us how to make tagliatelle and tiramisu in a warm and familiar atmosphere. After the course, we tasted our tagliatelle with an excellent Apulian sauce, red wine, fresh bread and limoncello. All delicious and rigorously made by her! Highly recommended for its hospitality, kindness and passion❤️. We will definitely come back for more courses!

One of the must-dos when going to Italy is to participate in a cooking class and I think this is the most cost effective option considering the price and having the session private to yourself. It was a very unique and authentic experience, with the host’s homemade sauce which was very delicious (too good to spoil the surprise). The recipe is very straightforward and doesn’t involve pasta cutting machine, perfect for those who don’t have access to tools. The host was patient, supportive, and answers questions about the cooking process. I also received the recipe after the session. It was definitely more personable and fun. I stayed near Porta Romana so it was really convenient to get to the meeting location. I also felt comfortable not being with large group of people. Overall, it was very memorable, I honestly felt like I was dining at a restaurant haha!

We loved the cooking class with Sandra - it was funny, informative and so delicious! We will definitely try to re-make the Tagliatelle and the Tiramisu at home. Thanks for having us, such a lovely way to spend the morning!
