ADD-ON KASENYI FISHING VILLAGE: Per i mattinieri, fai un viaggio a Entebbe per sperimentare la vita locale in un villaggio di pescatori. Faremo un viaggio al villaggio dove potrai vedere la clinica del villaggio e parlare con gli operatori sanitari. Guarda la gente del posto competere nei giochi da tavolo. Guarda (o sperimenta) i facchini che portano le persone alle barche. Aiuta i pescatori con le loro reti. Goditi i numerosi panorami e suoni lungo Entebbe Road, la strada principale tra Entebbe e Kampala.
Kisenyi Slum è uno dei sei villaggi altamente congestionati nel centro della città di Kampala! È una zona molto trafficata e offre un'esperienza molto viva ai nostri clienti che camminano per il villaggio mentre incoraggiano alcune persone adorabili che si trovano impegnate nel loro lavoro.
Visita il mercato di Owino, il più grande mercato all'aperto dell'Africa orientale, famoso per le scarpe, i vestiti e gli articoli per la casa di seconda mano. Scopri come le persone si procurano gli articoli che vendono e come guadagnano vendendo articoli di seconda mano. Visita i negozi in cui viene prodotta una varietà di oggetti unicamente africani, comprese le pentole. Impara a fare il rolex, un delizioso e caratteristico cibo ugandese.
Oltre al mercato di Owino, questo è un mercato di cibo e frutta dove la maggior parte delle persone va a fare shopping! Qui i viaggiatori potranno vedere una varietà di cibo locale ugandese che viene raccolto da aree remote dell'Uganda e portato qui per la vendita.

Osserva i modelli di traffico mentre conducenti, persone e il bestiame occasionale navigano negli incroci senza alcun controllo del traffico. Visita il centro taxi dove tutti i taxi si incontrano per consentire alle persone di effettuare i trasferimenti.

Il tempio è la replica del "TEMPIO DI SOMNATH" nel Gujarat, costruito alla fine degli anni '50 e inaugurato nel 1961. Unico nel suo genere, il tempio detiene lo status di "PROPRIETA' DEL PATRIMONIO DEL SITO STORICO". entreremo e vedremo la bellezza e l'architettura del tempio

Il defunto colonnello Muammar Gheddafi della Libia ha commissionato la moschea come dono all'Uganda ea beneficio della popolazione musulmana. Entrando nella sala principale della moschea, goditi i suoi disegni architettonici. L'arrampicata sulla torre / minareto ti offre la migliore vista della città di Kampala a 360 gradi con le sue sette colline circostanti originali. La moschea si trova anche nel punto originale in cui gli inglesi hanno issato per la prima volta la loro bandiera che significava l'Uganda come colonia britannica.

This was a great tour. Informative, real and you come away knowing Kampala. The addition of the fishing village is very much worthwhile and a highlight to my day. Henry is very knowledgeable and nothing is too much. I would recommend this trip without hesitation and do the add on of the fishing village!

The whole experience was outstanding, even though i was recovering from a stomach virus. Irene was a great guide... Knowledgeable and friendly.
The tour was good but way too expensive. The mosque, museum, and kasubi tombs entrance fees aren’t included and aren’t cheap, would have preferred to know these amounts ahead of time and pay them up front. Good tour, but too much money to recommend to a friend.

I was fortunate to have Henry as my tour guide. I know the rest of the team will be good as well but I am grateful that he was the one to show me around. I had an amazing day with Henry, we saw everything on the full day itinerary and more! He was very knowledgeable throughout and as a solo female traveller felt very safe in the madness of Kampala with him and his driver Derek. The sites were great, I experienced Taxi and boda boda (motorbike) rides and the fishing village was incredible. I recommend highly!

The tour was a great experience. It's the perfect way to get to know Kampala and learn some things about the city and the history of Uganda. Henry is a very nice guy and you can always ask him if you have any questions. Even after the tour was finished he showed me around some other places I wanted to see. So I can highly recommend doing the tour with him.
