Kevin was AMAZING!! We appreciated the fact that he grew up in and still lives in Communa 13. He was able to provide us with an authentic experience into the history, culture, and food of the area. He helped us navigate the area and ensured that we knew we were safe throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for an incredible experience, this is the one to book.
Veronica was our host and she did a great job on explaining the sad history of Comuna 13 as someone who experienced it. She was extremely attentive and it was worth the price we paid. We learned other different cultures and information about Colombia and I can’t wait to book with them again in the future. Highly recommend.
First the setting it up was great. Our tour guide Veronica she was amazing. Even with my difficulties of my foot she made sure I was well. Learned a lot and enjoyed everything about The Comuna. Please be sure to schedule your tour.

This was a great tour being able to see Communa 13 and hearing about local life. We were able to see the area and the art and out guides home in the real life non touristy area.
The place was great but what made this visit extra special was having Mateo as our guide. Mateo was able to connect with every member of my family and give us a tour that was personal, fun, full of the history and also with a bunch of surprises that were extra special! A really cool experience and an absolute must for every trip to Medellin. An impressive history behind the place. I met a lot of nice people, go there, shop, eat, and have fun. This was such a cool and intimate experience with kevin We did a last minute booking and we absolutely adored every step of the way Super attentive Super informative Ill keep the tour his secret but IT IS 100% worth it we had an amazing time touring comuna 13 with him and definitely recommend anyone reading this to go with him, amazing personality and super funny
