La colazione nella cerimonia del tè è semplice. Onigiri, piatti a base di uova, sottaceti e zuppe. Gli onigiri vengono preparati la mattina presto, preparati con cura, e preparati in base all'arrivo del cliente. Il riso è prodotto con "Tsuyahime", che è stato certificato dal governo come riso Speciale A della massima qualità. Con tutto il cuore utilizzo il riso cotto per preparare degli arancini al momento. Uno dei piatti più amati del Giappone sono le polpette di riso calde appena preparate. L'aroma morbido del cibo appena cucinato e il gusto ricco ti riempiranno la bocca. Dopo il pasto segue la cerimonia del tè. Durante un'esperienza di cerimonia del tè che combina una breve meditazione con un mondo Zen, osserva il meraviglioso processo di preparazione di una ciotola e goditi il miglior tè matcha e deliziosi dolci.

Experienced and learned the nuances of a tea ceremony in a relaxed setting. Plus tried a hand at onigiri which was then served with other goodies. Highly recommend. Just had a bit of a challenge finding the venue. Otherwise was great!
It was a lovely experience to share with the family. The breakfast was delicious and gave us all a fantastic understanding of what a traditional Japanese breakfast looks like. And the tea ceremony was something that I think we will always remember. Just beautiful. All of our lovely hosts/instructors were so kind, insightful and had very good humour. Highly recommend.
