Il nostro tour inizia a San Juan La Laguna, dove ci addentreremo nel cuore delle piantagioni di caffè. Qui potrete passeggiare tra gli alberi di caffè, imparare dai nostri coltivatori i segreti della piantagione e della raccolta e scoprire il meticoloso processo di trasformazione del chicco, passo dopo passo. L'avventura continua in un'accogliente caffetteria locale, dove l'aroma dice tutto. La ricompensa finale: una degustazione di caffè d'alta quota appena tostato e preparato. Assaporate una tazza squisita, selezionata in base ai vostri gusti, e assaporate l'essenza stessa degli altopiani guatemaltechi in ogni sorso. My wife and I were extremely interested in taking the coffee tours, as we drink our fair share of coffee daily. Was a special experience being able to be taught and guided by someone whos family is part of the co-op that supplies California (where we live) with coffee. Vic gave a wondeful, informational, organized tour. He showed us the coffee plants and roasting, cacao demonstration, tastings of both. He also took us to a Maya women-owned textile shop with a hands on portion. Would highly recommend for a unique, efficient tour of San Juan.
