Il nostro Coffee Tour è più di un semplice caffè... In questa esperienza non solo imparerai la storia del caffè guatemalteco, pedalerai attraverso una fattoria di caffè biologico, assaggerai campioni di deliziosi caffè. Scoprirete anche uno dei mercati artigianali più emblematici di Antigua, conoscerete la gastronomia tradizionale guatemalteca, vedrete come il tempo e la tradizione sono stati conservati nelle loro ricette culinarie per centinaia di anni. Si prega di portare pantaloni lunghi per proteggervi dalle zanzare. Il tour richiede un minimo di 2 persone

Itinerario
Durante il CA Travellers Coffee & Gastronomic Bike Tour rimarrai stupito dalle fantastiche piste ciclabili che si snodano attraverso la piantagione tra le piante di caffè e gli alberi da ombra. Dopo aver pedalato tra le piante, ci dirigeremo all'interno del museo del caffè per conoscere il caffè guatemalteco e assaggiare le diverse varietà e miscele di caffè. Impara l'intero "affare" del caffè, dalla raccolta del chicco all'assaggio di una tazza di caffè.
Dopo aver fatto parte dell'esperienza della piantagione di caffè, cavalcheremo per 10 minuti fino al villaggio di San Felipe de Jesus, dove visiterai il loro famoso mercato di artigianato, imparerai le loro attività artigianali in legno, argilla e, naturalmente, imparerai l'arte della tradizionale produzione di caramelle guatemalteche. Sulla via del ritorno ad Antigua faremo una breve sosta per provare alcune bevande fermentate ¨Fresco de Suchiles¨ il Guatemala Kombucha tra le altre bevande.
Per concludere questa straordinaria esperienza, torneremo all'ufficio di CA Travelers e ci godremo una birra fredda in omaggio.

Thank you Pablo for the tour. It was an awesome experience and to know that it was for a good cause just made it better.
I had a fabulous time with Diego. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and fun. I learned a lot on this excursion. I highly recommend it.
I had a great experience with the CA travelers team. One of the person travelling with us couldn’t attend the tour for medical reasons and they were very accommodating even if it was a last minute emergency. Thank you so much. The guide was so knowledgeable, the coffee process was explained and was so interesting all along the bike ride through the coffee plantation. We also got the details for the cacao process. We then continue our bike ride to go and try some local food and drinks. Overall a great experience.

Guided by Diego: It was not just a CAFECICLETUDO ride. From the bean to the cup! I loved visiting the LA AZOTEA farm; I learned a lot about what happens before enjoying a good cup of specialty coffee (with tasting included). We left the tourist area to meet small local producers, we tasted sweets and fermented drinks. The treatment from the locals was very authentic and warm. I highlight Diego/agency for emphasizing support for the local community and showcasing its culture. 10 out of 10.
Diego is a great knowledgeable tour guide, he guided us throughout Antigua and introduced us to the history of Guatemala alongside the coffee and food culture!
Diego was an amazing tour guide. He learned us so much about the production and history of coffee. Also he showed us some other hotspots in Antiqua and surroundings. A really nice extra is that he made photos and videos and was sharing them after the tour. Thank you Diego!
