Club Mobay Fast Track Lounge con navetta privata per l'aeroporto

I gave this two stars because the staff was waiting with my name when I arrived, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the baggage claim took so long that the regular immigration lines ended up being short anyway, so Fast Track didn’t really save me any time. The lounge was also completely full with no available seating, so I had to take my food to go. Overall, it wasn’t worth the extra cost for the arrival experience. I’ll update my review after I use the departure service.

Very efficient. Was meet by representative at arrival gate who walked us through the process. It was very easy and stressless getting through immigration and customs. Enjoyed Club Mobay Lounge and had a very professional, but personable driver to the hotel. I will do it again.... Thank you Club Mobay!!!!

Ricardo Swaby was the best driver I’ve had in my travels to Jamaica! He was a superb driver. I felt very safe. Taught me a lot about the Jamaican parishes and each of their contributions to the island.

The Club Mobay experience was excellent. Highly recommend it. However, the “private” transfer operation from Holiday Services was awful. Upon arrival, and after leaving the club, we were told to stand at a certain spot on the curb and wait for our car. Thirty minutes later it finally arrived. Upon departure from our hotel to the airport, I guess the “private” in the booking was ignored and we were shoved on a bus with a crowd of others and made multiple stops along the way to pick up more. I’ve written to Holiday Services multiple times. No response. Do not select this option. Absolutely get the Club Mobay experience, but select your transfer from someone, anyone other than Holiday Services.

Front desk should be retrained. A little harsh/borderline rude but the serving staff were lovely and polite. Brought my 13 yrs old nephew later and they told me I could eat but he couldn’t. Not sure how that would work, him watching me eat. They claimed I didn’t have a reservation but I spent more than an hour there and the place was empty. Amazing. Jamaicans are treated so badly when they come home. I see it in the hotels, the restaurants everywhere. So disappointed in my people, love them but the treatment is so obvious, I’m not the only one who sees this.

Lyle was nothing but professional! He was knowledgeable about the history and was willing to share information about your beautiful country. He was a safe and curiosity driver and very friendly! 10/10 recommend!!

Have your receipts for what you paid for printed out just in case they don't have your information in their machines correctly

Arrival experience was amazing. Person met us as we deplaned and stayed with us until the driver arrived. Departure was not so smooth. Driver told us to go to a woman dressed in black. That direction was incorrect. After we checked into our airline we asked where to go and told to just go to security. We waited in the regular line. Luckily it was pretty quick. Once through security we did find the Mobay lounge. Just make sure you are aware the service is different for departure than arrival.
