Well we never end up going as we booked online for our excursion. The day of the booking, I contacted the driver tog et details for pick up and they wanted me to pay them cash when I had already paid. They insisted I did not pay for a driver. I called customer Care and they stated a driver was already paid and not pay the driver. Customer Care was great. But the driver refused to pick us up without paying more money. Customer Care took a bit of time and had to confirm with the driver even thought I had the text messages. So It took a few days to get my refund.
If you stay in Montego Bay and book a package where pick up is done in negril as stated do you really think you're going to pay $20 to get picked up from Montego Bay drive two hours waited on and then brought back to Montego Bay I Think Not!!!
I confirmed the pick up time and was told 4 PM. The day of the excursion no one ever came to pick us up. I called at 4:20 and was hung up on. When I called back, they responded as if they had no idea I had this booked. Asking me where I was waiting to be picked up at? Then telling me the car was on the way. I waited 10 more minutes and the car never arrived. I called back and canceled and was promptly refunded my money
Due to unforeseen circumstances the driver was late and you said you didn’t want to wait you received a full refund immediately. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I hope to start this a new and make a new first impression if given the Chance
Odane was absolutely amazing!!! He educated us on the history of Jamaican, suggested fun things for us to do, and took us to have authentic Jamaican food, rum, candy & more! This was a surprise birthday trip for my wife and Odane helped me successfully execute it! We’ll always book with Odane when we’re in Jamaica and will encourage our friends and family to do the same! Guaranteed to have an amazing time!

I recommend mind. 2 hours stay. Anyone can jump cliffs or even just watch. The drinks are great, the price is not too expensive there. There is a lot going on there, the sunset is great.

Ricks cafe has beautiful views, fun atmosphere, live music, pool, but the food and drinks doesn't match up. Drinks were weak and the food I’ll give 3 stars. The jump from the cliffs are a must see or must do.
