It should be known that you have to pick up your kayak and take it to the water. If you have hernias or a repaired neck, it might not be such an easy task. We had to walk away from this excursion but no fault of the shops! He was very friendly and polite and offered plus a discount of purchase in his store just so it wasn't a wasted trip. If I could handle the kayak, it would've been a great day.
Amazing time! The clear bottom kayak was so cool- we saw so many fish and coral. Would def recommend doing this!
It was hard to see through the bottom and only saw a few fish. We saw Spinner dolphins which was really cool.

This was a great experience, we saw so much of the ocean through the glass bottom. Saw dozens of dolphins dancing in the air and below us too! Definitely do this one! Staff was very helpful and even helped us find good places to eat and snorkel
Chris was amazing to work with! The weather wasn’t ideal and he still made suggestions that would help us out and I was super impressed. We hope to come back to do it again!
We loved it! The person who helped was super friendly and helpful. We rented a 2 person glass bottom kayak and found it pretty easy to get it from the shop to the water. Didn’t see many fish but as we were about to paddle south, we were suddenly surrounded by dolphins. They put on an amazing show! We felt it was such a gift to see them.
Wife and I went on a trip to Kona for our anniversary and rented a Kayak. Dana was extreme knowledgeable and helpful for us first time kayakers.
Staff was amazing in every way! Had the time of my life! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience an adventure on the water!

This was such a great time! It was a 10 min walk with Kayak to launch point of my choosing. It was safe and calm; I didn't feel rushed or nervous. Life jackets were provided with friendly instruction on Kayak use for a novice like me. I could see the reef below with the yellow tangs grazing by the coral. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also honest telling me the day before conditions were not great. But I came back and I am soooo glad I did. Thank you Saltwater Soul for a wonderful time!!!
