Emanuele and Joseph were great along with the other two drivers. Prompt, professional, clean car. We had a unique situation going to our hotel from cruise port. Steeets were blocked off for an event and we had to walk 20 minutes with our luggage and Joseph helped us and Walked with us to our hotel. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Emanuele was great to communicate with before the trip.

Our trip was very good-driver communicated with us & was excellent BUT Centro Storico (booked through Viator) charged more than I was quoted & I’ve been trying to dispute but I am not getting resolution
