Dear customer, it is clear that the tour is a group tour in Portuguese and is located at the pick-up point. We offer tours in English, but only privately. The guide was great and the tour was comfortable. However, the tour description mentioned an hour for the Congress, so I thought we would be touring it. We only passed by it to take photos for about fifteen minutes. For the Alvorada Palace, you cannot get closer than 500m. So yes, you can see it, but from too far away to be striking. Finally, the planning was difficult. The Wednesday before my visit, I was asked to indicate the place where I would like to be picked up and I replied the same day. I did not hear anything more until the day before my trip after 7 p.m. (despite several follow-up messages). I was told to wait at the reception of my hotel at 8:50 a.m. the next day. The driver finally arrived around 9:10 a.m.
Merci pour vos commentaires.
We did the tour and it was all very good. I recommend Irmatur in Brasília.
Muito obrigada pelo carinho e pela recomendação! Saber que vocês aproveitaram o tour é a nossa maior recompensa. Estaremos sempre de portas abertas para mostrar o melhor de Brasília. Até a próxima!
Irma and her husband were wonderful guides. Picked me up on time in a nice clean car with water for me. We saw so much all over the city. My favorites were the JK museum, the palace hotel, and the third bridge, designed to look like a skipping stone. Irma was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. They were both so kind and welcoming. I was in Brasilia for work and had only one day to explore and understand the city. A private tour was perfect and I’m so glad I did this. I will be calling them when I return again for work so I can see more!
We are very happy for your feedback and also because you enjoyed our city and could meet amazing places. Hope to see you again.
This tour was very well organized both before the actual tour and during with regular updates and communication from the organizers. Our guide was very lovely but her English language ability was a bit limited which made it difficult to follow what she was saying about some of the attractions. Otherwise totally recommend it.
Thanks
