City Sightseeing Sharjah: tour in autobus hop-on hop-off

We booked tickets for 3 people and the entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. We waited almost TWO HOURS (5:45 PM to 7:23 PM) despite being told buses arrive every 45 minutes. No proper updates, no coordination, and no accountability. Passengers were simply left waiting. This was not a minor delay — this was clear operational failure and poor management. I’ve used other tour operators before and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. What made it even worse was the response afterward. Instead of properly addressing the issue raised, they sent a generic and insincere reply that completely ignored the actual problem. It honestly felt like they responded only for the sake of replying. If you value your time, money, and overall experience, avoid this operator at all costs.

I went to the stop at the Sahara Center. Bought my ticket on line. Waited in the heat for and hour and 15 minutes. Call the customer service number list at the stop 5-6 times. NO BUS. Took a taxi to another stop incase there was a traffic issue, still no bus. Took a taxi back to the hotel and every day I get another email from the company saying they are looking into my concern. 9 days later, no refund, never saw a bus. Spent about 75 dollars in total on ticket and taxis......never again.

Good performance. Good alternative to taxis for strategic points to visit. Water available on buses.

The bus and boat drivers were very helpful and kind. The tour lasted more hours than stated. Overall it was a nice experience and I recommend it!!

We bought tickets but the bus never showed up. We were waiting for 2 hours. We called the numbers on the display at the bus stop but only message played in Arabic.

In the Description it was said the tour takes place from 4 pm to 9 pm. Since we didn’t stay in Sharjah but in Ras al chaima, we need a taxi to go there. For us the description was perfect that’s why we booked it. After booking and receiving the ticket, the time was suddenly changed from 4pm - 9 pm to 10 am -5 pm. I contacted the tour via email WhatsApp and viator, no one responded in time. On the day where the tour took place, I received a message around 9:30 am, that the information on the ticket is right and the information on the homepage before booking is wrong. We received the information, the tour takes place every 30 minutes, which was also wrong. When getting there, the tour leaves every hour. The tour was nice but the communication and information was horrible as well as the customer service. We had a stressful arrival. If you live in Sharjah and don’t mind about the time the bus is leaving then it will be ok for you, but not when you need to drive one hour by taxi to reach the place. I also described the urgency in one of my emails / chats, but still no response, just apologies at the and of the day ; but from apologies you don’t benefit. I recommend to book the tour from a different, more organized, more competent seller.

They advertised that the hours stop at 7p when actually it's 5p and we found out at 5p. The buses were clean. The audio was good. But, if we knew that it stopped 2hrs earlier than stated we would have planned differently. Call and get correct information before booking. Don't go by what's listed.

Opposite the Nilton Sharjah Hotel where we stayed, we saw stop number 5 where the double-decker bus stopped.We were very interested and we enjoyed the offer to explore Sharjah on 2 routes, red and green.In the bus, headphones are issued and you can hear about Sharjah and the UAE in several languages. You can get off at any stop, see the surrounding sights , take the next bus and continue the tour.The cost of the tour is 100 dirhams per person.When we found out that my husband and I had an Amber wedding-we were given free, another day of free tours.Thank you from the heart to the WHOLE team ❣️🙏🙏🙏
