Lovely experience on the buses with a great value for money and great prices. Staff very welcoming and energetic, would definitely recommend for first-time visitors!
This is very nice tour. Thank you Mr. Khlif. Very helpful information about the city.
Complete waste of £142 for 4 adults. Told at time of booking buses ran every 10/15mins. Could not get on any of the buses at pick up point, as they where full and driver would not open the doors to allow us on. Then, ticket seller said we should walk to an earlier stop to get on, which we did. Waited over 25mins, eventually squeezed onto a full bus, had to stand, no seats available except 2 at the front with drivers bag on it and a box of headphones. We moved them onto one seat, so my wife could sit down. Driver said we couldn't do that and told my wife to move! The bus was full. Driver stopped after only 4 stops to take a 15min break, leaving us on on the bus with no AC. I will be claiming my payment back from my credit card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Overcrowded. Had to stand for over an hour. Earphones only work if seated, to guide the tour. No aircon. Awful. Waste of money
Buses were all full. We kept getting told to wait for the next bus. Never got to hear any of the guide as stood the time we were on
Great experience, definitely recommend anyone new to the city to do the same. It’s a great way to learn about the city and travel from place to place. I would suggest making the bus stop signs easier to read. Maybe a clear logo with a stop number on them. Also maybe announce on the audio what stop is coming up. Other than that, a great experience. Thanks!
Mo-Khlif. Thank you so much. Very good.
Over crowded over rated ticket seller wasn’t interested in us because we purchased online
Sold on 20 minute frequency - a bad joke in 36 degree Celsius heat. When bus showed at heroes square we got on and the driver got off. Turned off the engine and left us in the absolutely stifling heat. Total rubbish service do not waste your money on this charlatan service.
You're Better Off Walking! The tour was supposed to start at St. Stephen's Basilica (Stop No. 1). When we arrived, about 20 people were already waiting in line. By the time the bus finally showed up, the queue had grown to nearly 100 people—even though buses were advertised to run every 15 minutes. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for a bus, only to discover that it was already packed to the brim. To make matters worse, the conductor started boarding passengers from the back of the line first. Unsurprisingly, the crowd protested loudly. It was perfectly obvious where the queue began, yet the staff either ignored it or simply didn't care. The staff's attitude was appalling. Instead of helping customers or organizing the boarding process, they shouted at people, used offensive language, and even insulted some of the passengers. It was one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had. The ride itself felt like being on the Knight Bus from Harry Potter—except far less enjoyable. The bus was clearly old and heavily worn, and so were the seats. Unless you're the size of a small child, you'll struggle to sit comfortably without your knees being crushed against the seat in front of you. The driver seemed to think they were competing in a Formula 1 race. The bus accelerated aggressively, braked just as abruptly, and took corners at an uncomfortable speed. Passengers who couldn't find a seat had to cling to whatever they could just to avoid being thrown around. To top it all off, about half of the audio jacks didn't work. Even when they did (and you were so lucky to pick headphones at the entrance), the commentary rarely matched our location because the bus was moving far too fast. Save your money. This tour is a complete rip-off. You're far better off exploring Budapest on foot.
