Fátima è dove "Nostra Signora di Fátima" apparve a tre pastorelli nel 1917. Nel maggio 2017 due dei bambini sono stati canonizzati dallo stesso Papa Francesco. È un luogo che la maggior parte dei Papi viene a visitare durante i loro regni. Consigliamo vivamente di fare questo viaggio tra marzo-ottobre e godersi la famosa Processione delle Candele di Fatima. Il Santuario di Fatima è un luogo di devozione di dimensioni prodigiose, meta di pellegrinaggi e recinto sacro. I segreti di Fatima e il "miracolo del sole" sono una delle attrazioni del turismo religioso.
La corona della Vergine custodisce il proiettile estratto da Papa Giovanni. Paolo II nel 1981. Ad est del santuario si sono conservate le case dei bambini, conosciute come le Case dei Pastorelli.
Il piccolo villaggio di Aljustrel ha dato i natali ai tre pastorelli. Si possono visitare la casa dei fratelli Francisco e Jacinta, così come la casa di Lúcia, che è stata trasformata in un museo che rappresenta lo stile di vita locale all'inizio del XX secolo. Partendo da Aljustrel si può percorrere la Via Crucis dei Valinhos. Questo è stato il percorso che Lucia, Jacinto e Francisco hanno preso da Aljustrel alla Cova da Iria.

Filipe was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with our needs. He looked for opportunities to bring us to places with beautiful views we were not expecting. And he was persistent with helping us gain access to a number of venues on a very busy day filled with large tours. We had a great time. Our apologies to our tour guide so much happened since we took the tour at the very end of May that we forgot his name. He was wonderful, showed us more than we expected or even knew before we went. Even though he did most of his tours in Lisbon, he was very knowledgeable about the area. He also waited for us as we tried to do everything we could. Fatima is great. Everyone we spoke to whether in town, the Basilica or shopping or just in general was very warm and inviting. My wife and I highly recommend going to Fatima and recommend you spend more time than just a two hour bus tour gives you. So much so that we want to go back because even though we were there all day, we felt we could have done so much more.

We had a great time with Angela. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour itself was exactly what we had hoped for: private driver to Fatima, where we spent hours exploring the Our Lady of Fatima sanctuary and the surrounding area, followed by a couple more stops of significance on the way back to Lisbon.

My mom and I took a tour with guide Susana to Fatima on June 13 where there was an outdoor service occurring as we arrived. The outdoor service and the time at Fatima will take your breath away and give you tears. My mom who is a devout Catholic loved the personal touches, history, stories, and kindness Susana gave us while we were guided throughout Fatima. We did a personal tour for those personal touches as well as the ability to customize it. Susana understood what we were asking for and gave us a wonderful and special experience. She was very thoughtful and gave us a special keepsake at the end that was very generous. I Could not asked for a better and thoughtful guide that led us through Fatima. What a special place to visit! Thank you Susana!

The Fatima trip was fantastic! Mr. Rui is the best driver and tour guide. He gave us the history of all the landmarks we passed by on the way to the Fatima. We had a lot of free time to check out the place.
