Unfortunately, the service delivered was exactly the service that had been booked and paid for. It is also important to note that Via Germanico 28 serves as a meeting point for several different agencies and tour operators. Based on the information available, it appears there may be confusion regarding which company the original booking was made with. We encourage guests to review their booking confirmation carefully, as the details of the purchased service are clearly outlined there.
