Paid a lot of money for the skip the line didn’t receive the skip the line, over sell there tickets and blame other people for there mess. Was told 3 hours before to not come for 15:30 as our Ticket was for 15:30pm was told to come at 16:30 then 16:40 then 17:00 then 17:30 and didn’t get in till 18:30. It shuts at 8pm so everything was rushed and was refused a refund, even tho it ruined our day, didn’t get what we paid for, lack of communication, do not waste your money there are plenty of other booking sites to choose from I would not choose this company ever, they are a scam, over priced and you do not get what you paid for. if I could give zero stars I would.

Paid for skip the line and did not get that opportunity. Had to wait in line for over an hour and requested a partial refund and was not given one.

I would give them a 2.5 if that was an option... but the weren't a 3. They sent us tickets on Whatsapp. We got some instructions but they weren't totally clear on where we needed to go so we waited about 30min in the wrong line. They didn't tell us that we needed to redeem our tickets at the desk, so I let my children in and then my wife and I couldn't get in. The Vatican museum was great and got us our tickets without us having to leave our kids but said that the tour we'd been booked was in Spanish (and we booked English). Like I said, 2.5. Not a scam IMO like some of the other reviews say, but not a great experience either.

TERRIBLE!!! The seller wrote to tell me that he would send me my tickets by whatsapp... originally my activity was scheduled at 3:15 pm, for 2 adults and 2 children. When he sent them to me, 2 entries came at 3:30, 1 at 4:00 and one at 4:30 pm and the last one was unnamed, usually all entries have names and adults corroborate them in the entry with identification, three were pdf files and one was a photo of a sheet of paper. When I saw the situation I went to see him and he pressed me to hurry because I had another group to attend, when I arrived I was alone, I was a little afraid, I was going to my children and my family but I asked for an explanation, which was very brief and I asked for the printed sheet. Having no choice we went to the entrance as he told us, he did not accompany us, when we arrived at the access they observed that the ticket had no name and stopped us security there, they went to check, after a while the policeman of the access super friendly let us through... but do not buy here is terrible and I think several could be scammed.

Really massive disorganised queue. You have to go around every part ofthe Vatican museum, before you eventually get to the Sistine Chapel.

There was no experience we paid £180 for skip the line tickets to stand in a line full of people who didn’t have tickets for nearly 2 hours which then closed while we was still in line so never got in.. tour guide advised we would get refund and nothing ever come back wasted a day in Rome for this absolutely disgusting. I recommend no one else to fall for this scam

Good service.. Better experience..I no need to stay in the line..With this company i got ticket to skip the line..Thank to this discover Vatican agency to provide this service..
