It is a scam. They do not sell you anything. Vatican tickets are free. They rob you. They only take you to the line and leave you there.
Too much walking on the hot weather outside Vatican but inside everthing is fine. Still have to que outside even duo we booked tickets in advance.
Beware of this provider – massive price gouging and misleading information! In front of St. Peter's Basilica, we were actively approached by an employee and asked if we already had tickets. Since we didn't have any and assumed that access was free, we went with them to their office for information. There, it was explained to us that we absolutely needed tickets for "Fast Track" and the grottoes/underground. Initially, the employee demanded €25 per ticket. After negotiation, he gave us a "discount" of €5 per ticket. In the end, we paid €20 per person for 6 people (€120) plus an additional surcharge of €5 for card payment – a total of €125. In the office, they then simply printed out tickets for us from the official website. It turned out that these regularly only cost €7 each (€42 for 6 people). Admission to the basilica and the Vatican Grottoes is generally free of charge, but with the €7 tickets you save yourself the regular long queue. When we confronted the employee about the enormous price difference, he merely claimed that it was a "certified office." Furthermore, he justified the surcharge by saying that he ultimately had to pay rent and that entering the names online took time, which they had now "quickly taken off our hands." For us, a completely incomprehensible explanation for this surcharge. Here, the ignorance of tourists is shamelessly exploited to charge triple the price and impermissible card fees. Buy these tickets in advance directly through the official Vatican websites for €7, instead of paying €20-25 here!
Booked outside as didn't want to wait in the free que realized tickets needed collecting quick phone call and wats app exchange with joby and we were good to go it's a must see when in Rome
There was no experience. I was charged for Basilia ticket, actually this was a free entry. I don't understand what was the reason I paid for.
I’m sorry I didn’t read reviews before buying. This is a complete waste of money. Access to the basilica was free and there was nothing like “skip-the-line” at all.
They were very attentive. I went over to pick up my tickets only three minutes after ordering them and the tickets were ready. One of the staff walked me to the entrance of the Vatican so I would know where to go through.
Well arranged. Could go straight in, friendly people, Impressive church and tombs of the popes
My husband and 14 year old daughter visited St. Peter’s Basilica on our European vacation. It was beautiful and absolutely exquisite. Booking through this tour company on Viator really helped, too! There was a guide that walked us to the entrance and gave us some very helpful information. The agency to pick up our tickets with our Viator voucher was very easy to find prior to our excursion.
The cathedral is magnificent. Personally my favorite. The skip-the-line pass is worth it. Everyone enjoyed the visit
