Alla stazione della funivia inferiore, ci uniremo a una coda di turisti per intraprendere il viaggio in funivia di cinque minuti fino alla cima della Table Mountain, a 1 067 metri sul livello del mare, ed esplorare la vetta. Troverai un ristorante self-service, il Table Mountain Café, che offre una vasta gamma di cibi e bevande, snack, dessert e vini. Table Mountain è il luogo ideale per sedersi e godersi la vista a 360 gradi di Città del Capo, Table Bay, le vicine vette delle montagne circostanti e il resto del Table Mountain National Park, in cui si trova la funivia. Una volta in cima ci sono 3 percorsi che puoi scegliere di fare con la guida: PASSEGGIATA DASSIE (15 min) PASSEGGIATA AGAMA (30 min) PASSEGGIATA KLISPRINGER (45 min)
I traghetti partono dal Nelson Mandela Gateway al V & A Waterfront. (Tieni presente che la nostra guida turistica non si unirà a te nel tour del museo di Robben Island.) Sbarcherai a Murray's Bay Harbor, situato sulla costa orientale dell'isola, e farai una breve passeggiata verso gli autobus che trasporteranno te e un gruppo di persone in tutti i siti storici dell'isola. Sulla strada per gli autobus, oltrepasserai edifici e un alto muro costruito dai prigionieri negli anni '60. Il tour della prigione sarà condotto da una guida turistica di Robben Island. Sono pienamente competenti e ben informati sulla storia multistrato di 500 anni dell'isola. Il percorso del tour include il cimitero delle persone morte di lebbra, la cava di lime, la casa di Robert Sobukwe, la cava di Bluestone, i bunker dell'esercito e della marina e la prigione di massima sicurezza dove migliaia di combattenti per la libertà del Sud Africa sono stati incarcerati per anni. Il tour culmina con la visita della cella di Nelson Mandela.

Amazing… pure history and to be shown around by one of the previous inmates was incredible. Always try and get the 9am boat to robben island. We were lucky and got the only boat of the day. The crossing can be choppy and if it’s too bad all will be cancelled Table mountain was breathtaking. Our guide Chris was excellent

Coordinating with driver, and port operations made for a missed departure and having to buy new tickets for a later time lead to a long day and frustrating experience

After carefully investigating the situation, and looking at the evidence provided by our driver/guide and the emails sent to you. You were given a pick up time and received your tickets 21 days before your tour. The driver/guide contacted you the day before your tour, to reconfirm a pick up time of 8:00am. On the day of the tour, We see on his call log he was there at 7:45am and tried to contact you, he even sent you a Whatsapp image of how he looks and where he was standing waiting for you. You called him back at 8:07am stating you were late. At 8:29am Our pick up driver tried to contact you 6 times. The Ferry to Robben Island left at 9:00. You met him after 9:00. Could you let us know from our side what We could of done differently?
Thought it was a group tour and was happy that it was another personal tour. ‘Said’ our driver and guide Was delightful and pleasant and made Our experience one too remember.

Thought this would be with a group pick up but surprised when we ended up with our own personal driver for the day. Escorted us through to the Robben Island tour which was excellent and then transported us to Table Mountain. Great day and made Very easy by Said our driver.
