Cesarina spiegherà il sistema tradizionale di utilizzare le migliori piante di basilico e selezionare con cura ingredienti di alta qualità per garantire il miglior sapore. Quindi imparerai i due metodi di preparazione del pesto: utilizzando un mortaio e un pestello o un frullatore elettrico e riceverai consigli su come conservare correttamente il pesto per mantenerlo fresco il più a lungo possibile. Dopo aver preparato il pesto, lo impacchetta per portarlo a casa e gustarlo. Puoi assaporare i frutti del tuo lavoro sia quando torni a casa o su una scogliera rocciosa a picco sul mare. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My husband and I booked this for a morning on our honeymoon in Riomaggiore and it exceeded our expectations. Barbara and Stefano are adorable and incredible teachers. We will hands down be making pesto and salad weekly in our home. We even bought a mortar and pestle in the town to be able to make it properly! Next time we travel we will take any classes that Cesarine offers without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!
