We did a 5 day tour to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc falls and ba be lake. It was absolutely amazing. Messaging Jack from Australia was easy, he was very helpful with any questions and organized it all perfectly. Our driver was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Chien was our tour guide. He made our trip, a memory we both will never forget. So helpful in every way. The only thing I would probably change is, too add an extra day or two for this tour.

We really enjoyed the north of Vietnam. Very nice landscape and people. I really can recommend to visit this part of Vietnam.

Cannot find the words right now for the treatment weve received from start to finish from Jack (our guide) and conical travel in general. This holiday we will forever remember. With this being our first time to Vietnam, we were very nervous about coming to a country where English was not commonly spoken but to Hanoi and Halong Bay where it has always been a dream destination of ours to visit. From the very first time we contacted conical travel, we received nothing but helpful and prompt, friendly communication. Once arriving in Hanoi, Jack from conical travel picked us up from the airport, organized our hotel and once we started to experience our attack itenary, every moment of every part of the tour exceeded what we thought we could expect. Having experienced what we have in 5 days now that it has come to an end has left us feeling nothing but fulfilled, content and grateful for the experiences, itenary and all of Jack's top notch organizing of nothing but the best activities. His genuine, friendly, helpful and honest nature has been everything for us!! We wish you nothing but the absolute best with everything Jack, your commitment to guests is more than a 5 star testament to everything you provide and do for everyone that's lucky enough to have you help them in Hanoi & Vietnam!! We have just finished a trip of life time arraged by Windy from Conical Travel. The destinations are very interesting and the itinerary is superb. We had chance to witness the hidden features of Vietnam ethnic minorities Tay, Nung and mingled with them in their daily lives. The landscape did an awe to us as well. We had a lot of photos of Ba Be National Park, the wonderful Ban Gioc waterfall and the awe-striking Bai Tu Long Bay and we are proud that we are among a few people who have the photos of these off the beaten path regions because they seem to be less-known to mass tourism. In all we are very satisfied with our trip and the service Conical provided. Thank you to all staff from Conical, especially Windy and our tourguide Minh. Would recommend you to my friends. See you!

This may be the best trip I have ever done in Asia. I have been to Asia a lot and this was my first time to Vietnam for my 1 week holiday. After browsing reviews on Tripadvisor and guide book, I chose Conical Travel as my travel agency in Vietnam. Windy from this company was very nice and helpful, and recommended me to do the loop from mountain to beach. It seemed very few people have taken this trip so I was a bit worried at the beginning. But after reading the itinerary I was entirely hypnotized so I chose the trip after all. The experience really went beyond my expectation. I was so amazed at the landscape, friendly local people that I have never seen, and one thing that I like is that there were very few tourists at the destinations I visited, which gave me a feeling of being the first person to be there. Our guide Jack was also a great reason for me to appreciate the trip. He was superb, very nice with excellent skill and fluent English. He told me a lot, explained to me plenty about where we visited, along with showing the cultures and traditions of locals. In conclusion, I highly appreciate everything Conical's staff did for me. Thank you all and would be glad to recommend you to my friends. For me, I will come back to Vietnam of course:))))

We did a family trip to Vietnam and found Conical Travel and this trip from Tripadvisor. Jack is a first-class guide who looked after our every need. Our family saw a side of Vietnam that showed our kids how Vietnamese people go about their daily life. Some of the places we visited were fantastic and off the beaten track. The people we met were so friendly and helpful and our whole family enjoyed the experience, in particular the children. We love the natural beauty of Ban Gioc waterfall, the rural scenery in Ba Be National Park and the breath-taking landscape in Bai Tu Long Bay - the hidden part of Ha Long Bay because we saw very few tourists coming there. The kids seem excited as well and of course they learned a lot. Thank you Jack! Would recommend this company and this trip to anyone who would like to discover less-known parts of Vietnam.
