Exceptional Customer Service Unfortunately, an airline travel disruption caused us to arrive in Zurich much later than planned, and we missed our scheduled chocolate tour. Although this was completely outside the tour company’s control, Vanessa could not have been more understanding or helpful. She stayed in touch with us and even worked with her team to offer us a complimentary two-hour city tour the following day. Unfortunately, our itinerary required us to continue on to Lucerne, so we weren’t able to take them up on the generous offer. While we didn’t get to experience the tour itself, the way Vanessa and her team treated us says a great deal about their company. They went above and beyond to try to salvage part of our Zurich experience. That level of customer care is rare, and I would absolutely book with them again on our next visit.
Not only do you get some historical information but you stop at several shops along the way to taste fine Swiss chocolate.
Had a fantastic time on this chocolate tour!! Meetup was easy and our group was small (only 4 people). Got to try many different fine chocolates and flavors as you walk from the train station around Old Town Zurich, with opportunity to choose between some tasting options/ flavors as well. Tour guide not only gave relevant and interesting history of Swiss chocolate, but also provided some fun stories and very interesting facts/ history about Zurich and Old Town. She was very pleasant and made the tour a great time! Would 100% recommend if you want to get a little town history and eat different chocolates!
An incredible tour with an amazing guide! Her expertise in both local history and chocolate combined to provide a memorable (and delicious!) experience! Well worth it!
AMAZING CHOCOLATE!!! Our tour guide was funny and wonderful. He was full of information and interesting history of Zurich. We have bought and will go back to buy chocolate at a couple of the chocolatiers.

What a terrific time! Vasi was a fantastic guide - we ate such a variety of delicious Swiss chocolates and learned a lot of history about chocolate as well as Switzerland. We walked all around and it was two hours very well spent.
I booked this tour for myself and mother and sister to do on a free day in Zurich. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the city and about chocolate which was appreciated. I also loved the bits of history, local lore, and art info that was sprinkled through the tour alongside the chocolate and food info. One of our favorite walking tours in our 3 week trip that we took!
With this tour you will visit the best chocolate shops in Zurich while being immensely entertained by your guide! Vasi was a wonderful guide and storyteller about chocolate with tidbits on Zurich and LOTS of yummy chocolate tasting including a few added surprises! You will walk up and down and explore Zurich as well. Highly recommend this tour if you want to check out the fancy and best chocolate shops!
