Itinerario

A little disappointing at the start of tour, the pick up at the board control...it took an 1 hour to wait for our next car to start tour...otherwise the experience was amazing😁
A long day (11 hours). Great animal viewing. Good lunch. Friendly and informative guides. A better choice from Victoria Falls than Hwange, which requires a 5 am pick-up.
We had three tours with Webster - the Zambezi river cruise, the rhino walk on the Zambian side, and the private tour in Chobe National Park in Botswana. The communication with Webster before the trip was effortless, and he helped us choose the various trips. Webster and the people who worked with him were punctual and polite. They were also all well-informed about the area and the wildlife. I even had some good chats with Webster about life in Zimbabwe, politics, and such. Webster even went out of the way to take us to eateries in Victoria Falls. In all, our stay in Victoria Falls was made great by Webster and his team.
This was a trip to remember, a great opportunity to see some of the beautiful animals that Africa has to offer from both land and water. Kitty looked after us the whole day, an expert car and boat driver, she had great humour, fantastic eye sight and knowledge. Highly recommend!
We are happy you took back great memories of your trip. Our guides love what they do and I'm glad you experienced that too. Remember you are always welcome back here!
Chobe National Park is situated in the back yard of the Victoria Falls and has the most amazing Elephant population, and has more Wildlife than any other parks
Thank you so much for your feed back. The Chobe is indeed one of southern Africa`s prime wildlife reserves making the one day into the park the best option for game viewing. We hope to see you again very soon.
I travelled at the end of August with my husband and son we were slightly worried about the atmosphere soon after the elections and almost went to Zambia instead. To be honest, it was nothing like what we expected. We loved the tours, particularly the the Falls and the Day Safari. I had never seen such a wonderful scenery and we were very lucky to see lions feeding (which was really jaw dropping) and the elephants taking a bath. Overly, I think Webster, our tour guide, did a fantastic job. The food and souvenirs were a bit pricey, be prepared. Will be happy to return to Zimbabwe again. Comes highly recommended!
Thank you for your great review, we are excited to note that you enjoyed your tour. We are already looking forward to your next visit
We saw so many hippos and Cape Buffalo plus other animals on the river cruise. Saw everything but a Rhino between the cruise and land safari. Great day. Webster also arranged our transfers form the airport to the Lodge.
Good to be hearing from you and thank you fr reviewing our services. Looking forward to hosting you again
My trip was from Victoria falls. There were good and not so good things. At the Boarded we were met by an open space jeep, which was not very convenient, especially if you are with a 7 years old child. There are about 30 kilometers, if I remember correct and they are pretty nasty to be driven on this open jeep. The river cruise was very good, thanks to the very experience guide. The photo safary not so good.
Thank you for your great review, the open sided safari jeep is a great way for the safari and we use it even for transfers in the Chobe area as we feel that this will maximize your game viewing experience. We will be happy use the minibuses for the Chobe area transfers if requested and even enclosed 4x4 vehicles for the safari if so requested. We are happy though that you did enjoy the boat safari. Thanks again and we look forward to hosting you on your next trip to our side of the world.

Overall it was all good day. Litlle problems with safari car at first but after 20-30 min waiting time everything went well. Guides were nice and very friendly. Game drive was the best, after that river cruise was not so amazing but we saw hippos so it was fine experience also. We had children 9 and 11 yeats and the day was good to everyone.
