Herik was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question we had. The communication from the tour company was great. They gave us a helpful heads up about the 1 hour time difference between Cancun and Chichen Itza. We ended up being the only 4 people on the tour and they accommodated an earlier start time. A tip for people traveling from Quintana Roo to Yucatan State. BRING YOUR PASSPORTS! We were stopped on the toll road on the way home and were "fined" for not having them. We had pictures of them, but not the entry stamps. Not sure where the money went, but there was no paperwork associated with the fine...
Absolute great experience! Prior to our tour, there was clear communication on where to meet and what to expect. On the day of the tour, entrance to the complex was very quick. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate, which absolutely enhanced our experience. Definitely would recommend!
Absolutely phenomenal experience. This is with the official guides who are employed by the national park. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Jorge was our guide and gave a wonderful tour that was specific to what we wanted to see and know.

George was very friendly and informative. He engaged nicely with the group a d answered all the questions. It took his time and didn't rush in ny of the viewing points. The tablet with the photos to explain the history and give context were a very nice touch.
Great tour with Monica as the guide for our family of five. She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining all aspects of the site, with lots of information about Mayan civilization also. She was happy to answer all of our questions. No issue meeting her at the very crowded entrance area. Would definitely recommend.
