It was exciting especially experiencing the culture as well as the sightseeing indeed it was all impressive.

Amazing had a great time The guide was so good at telling us everything we need to know in 2 languages Every question I had he answered without hesitation and seemed more than thrilled to answer them The driver was amazing too super respectful always getting the van door for us They even gave us water with how hot it was 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family

I would 100% recommend you to others from start to finish everything was perfect very detailed and informative but also allowed us to explore at our own pace. We had a great time on the tour. Roberto was a great host, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Our driver worked tirelessly through a long day. Found the extras some people got was slightly unfair as we did not get this option. I feel the whole cost should have been included in the upfront cost not bringing cash on the day. Also, the pickup and dropoffs could have been quicker and better organised as not to impact on the day. There was no toilet for nearly 4 hours before reaching out first stop at Cenote. Our guide at Chichen Itza was fantastic and the day overall was really enjoyable.

I’ll say that you do get to experience everything listed in the description. However, what they don’t tell you is just how many additional costs they slid in when they got you on the van. It was a serious lack of transparency and super sketchy. It felt like a shake down from the start right up to leaving the bus back to the hotel. It was a long day of anxiety and feeling trapped while they move you from one tourist trap to the next. Chichen Itza was amazing and glad we pulled away from our tour guide. The cenotes swimming felt like we crashed a resort and weren’t actually supposed to be there since surprise! Additional fees. Overall, go see Chichen Itza and support local economic endeavors. I love learning bout other cultures and history. I’ve done this tour before and this time was quite disappointing. This one felt like a scam.
