Ricevimento con aperitivo di benvenuto e snack a base di prodotti locali con vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Chianti con incantevole scorcio di Barberino Val D'Elsa; Incontro con il nostro chef che vi guiderà, passo dopo passo, nella preparazione di Pizza e Tiramisù. Dopo aver appreso la storia della pizza e del tiramisù, ricreerai tu stesso gli iconici piatti italiani. Una volta preparato l'impasto della pizza, aggiungerai i tuoi condimenti preferiti da scegliere tra i prodotti freschi e di stagione da noi selezionati. Si passerà poi, durante la cottura delle nostre pizze, alla preparazione del Tiramisù. E ora tutti a tavola! Naturalmente, dopo aver finito di cucinare, puoi sederti e rilassarti mentre serviamo le tue creazioni culinarie con abbinamenti di vini dei vigneti locali.

Great facilitie. A friendly and generous chef, who brought his passion to the craft of pizza and Tiramisu making. We can make pizza with confidence, and a classic tiramisu to die for. A fun and relaxing experience. Glad we did this.
We had so much fun! With the skills we learned during this class we will always be able to remember our wonderful trip. Our chef was very patient in guiding us through the pizza making challenges! We highly recommend this experience!
My husband and I had an amazing time learning to make homemade pizza & tiramisu. Our instructor was super friendly with a sense of humor! Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone who wants to take a cooking class.
We had a really lovely time! The owner is very accommodating and the restaurant is beautiful. Amazing views and is super clean. We had four in our group, there was another group of four. It was odd that we all took turns making the pizza dough and tiramisu. I think it would have been much better to have our own set of ingredients per couple. Many of us were standing around and watching each person take turns making their dough. Also, the dough was all put into one container, it would have been nice to have been able to know that the pizza I was eating was the actual dough I made. Otherwise, it was an outstanding experience.
