Vaughn was absolutely awesome! Super laid back experience. He knows so much about the sandbars and took us to the most perfect spots. And he was a great photographer for us! Highly recommend him and will hire him again on our next trip.

The experience: We kicked the voyage off with a one of a kind canal tour; the only one in Key West mind you, before entering the waterfront. The boat cruised smooth, the water was stunning, and the skyline of Key West drifted into view like a postcard you almost believed you’d drawn yourself. As the trip went on, the coolest moments intensified: better water to dock and wade in, better views, and better stories. It felt like we started with a warm-up and ended with a full-on celebration on the waves. Captain Vaughn Willis—the captain you want when adventure meets a punchline: Clear, capable guide with a knack for turning nautical bumps into belly laughs. Safety-first demeanor paired with spontaneous humor that made the deck feel like a comedy club on an outboard. Local knowledge that dropped little gems about Key West you’ll actually remember. Great selection to plan ahead for or a last minute booking which is what my wife and I did. Worth the $600 for four hours. Pack light with suncreen, bring snacks, and adult beverages. He had a cooler ready for our use and even poured our drinks while we enjoyed the water and island hopped.

We didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do in Key West and he brought us to all of his favorite places. We had two teenage girls and he did a great job of bringing us to cool places and taking photos for us.
