If there’s a event going on streets will be blocked off. Parking can be confusing to get to. Be prepared for lots of people.
There are always events. We closed for Sunday for that reason. We are glad you enjoyed your tour.
Josh was a great guide… very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. We learned a lot! He kept the tour moving even with a couple of guests who dawdled at each stop! We highly recommend the tour.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on this tour! Our guide, Tremaine, was articulate, highly knowledge, knowledgeable, and kept a perfect pace throughout. It was easy see his genuine love and passion for Charlotte, which made the whole experience incredibly engaging. We will absolutely book another tour with them on our next visit.

It’s a great quick tour with fantastic insight into “the big small town” of Charlotte. Very pleasant, and the bus was comfortable!

We took the shuttle bus tour. The golf cart tour would have been hard to hear the guide. The guide was very good - some appropriate humor, great depth of knowledge, personable, approachable, good timing, good depth of explanations, spoke loud and clear, answered all questions. I highly recommend this tour.
We are glad you enjoyed your tour. I did want to say though, it’s actually easy to hear in the golf carts. You should try it with us next time. The guides speak loud and clear and we pause if something noisy goes by. We strive to make both our carts and bus very enjoyable. Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review.
